Story
Rescued from a difficult living situation, Mama Daisy and her seven puppies were lovingly relinquished to safety. The girls are thriving in another foster home, while the four handsome boys — Pepper, Jack, Colby, and Gouda — are soaking up all the love in theirs. These sweet 8-week-old brothers absolutely adore being held and cuddled. Each one has stunning brown-green eyes that seem to change color with the light, giving them an extra touch of charm. They’re not just adorable — they’re smart and well-mannered, too! All four boys already know how to sit and wait, and they are incredibly gentle when taking treats. The Cheese Brothers are doing wonderfully with potty training and proudly look forward to earning a treat when they come back inside. They’re fully crate trained, head to bed around 10 p.m., and sleep soundly through the night. In the morning, their fosters wake them up, take them outside for a potty break, and serve up breakfast to start their day. These boys are the perfect blend of sweet, snuggly, and well-behaved — ready to bring love, laughter, and a little cheesy charm to their forever homes. Gouda is the most outgoing of the bunch and brings energy and joy wherever he goes. He’s always the first to run to his fosters, greeting them with enthusiastic tail wags and pure puppy excitement. Even with all that energy, he’s a great listener and happily sits when asked, eager to please. He loves being close to his fosters and is never happier than when he’s curled up on the couch soaking in snuggles. Gouda adores every toy he can get his paws on and is usually the one convincing his brothers to join in on the fun. When it’s mealtime, Gouda proudly makes the announcement — he’s not shy about using his voice to let everyone know it’s time to eat! One of his most unique features is the lightning bolt marking on his back, affectionately nicknamed his “power pack” by his fosters. Despite his playful spark, the moment he’s picked up, he melts into calm, cuddly sweetness and is instantly ready for snuggles. Neutered and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, he is available for adoption 3/3/26 through Paws Across Pittsburgh, Springdale, PA KL# 16182.  ##2671820##

Story
Raisin is a 2-month-old, 10-pound sweetheart believed to be an Aussie mix with a curious spirit and a gentle personality. She’s already making great progress with her leash skills and house training, though like any young puppy she still has the occasional accident as she learns. One of Raisin’s favorite places is her crate—it’s her safe space! She’ll often go in on her own when she’s tired or feeling a little unsure, and she rarely cries while in it. Raisin loves to play, especially with balls, and she’s already showing off her fetch skills. She also enjoys exploring the yard and taking in the world around her. When playtime is over, she’s happy to curl up for some cozy snuggles. She can be a little sensitive to loud barking from other dogs and may get startled by it. Raisin also prefers to walk on her own rather than be carried—she’s an independent little explorer who likes to move at her own pace. Like many herding breeds, Raisin is smart, active, and eager to learn. She’ll do best with a committed family who can keep up with her energy and provide ongoing puppy training. She will need at least 1–2+ hours of daily exercise, plenty of mental stimulation through training or “jobs,” and consistent socialization to help her grow into a confident, well-mannered companion and prevent unwanted behaviors such as nipping or separation anxiety.  She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations and will be available for adoption 3/8/26 through Paws Across Pittsburgh, Springdale, PA 15144 KL# 16182. ##2673239##

Story
Rescued from a difficult living situation, Mama Daisy and her seven 8-week-old puppies were lovingly relinquished to safety. The girls are thriving in another foster home with potential adopters, while the four handsome boys — Pepper, Jack, Colby, and Gouda — are soaking up all the love in theirs. These sweet brothers absolutely adore being held and cuddled. Each one has stunning brown-green eyes that seem to change color with the light, giving them an extra touch of charm. These boys are the perfect blend of sweet, snuggly, and well-behaved — ready to bring love, laughter, and a little cheesy charm to their forever homes. Pepper is the largest puppy in his litter at 10lbs and the only one with striking black fur blended into his rich red coat. He’s a playful boy who enjoys a good game of tug-of-war with his brothers, but when playtime is over, he’s happiest curled up on the couch with his fosters. Pepper is a true snuggle bug who melts for nose kisses and loves soaking up all the affection he can get. Outdoors, he has a blast running around the fenced yard with his favorite soft toys. He’s usually the first to roll in the mud, embracing every bit of puppy fun — and despite his messy adventures, he absolutely loves the water. Pepper is the perfect mix of playful energy and sweet, cuddly charm. Neutered and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, he is available for adoption 3/3/26 through Paws Across Pittsburgh, Springdale, PA KL# 16182.  ##2671811##

Story
WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org Meet Pixel – the Sweetest Soul with the Coolest Eyes in Texas! Pixel is a 2-year-old, 42-lb Australian Shepherd/Kelpie mix with a uniquely colored coat that makes her as beautiful outside as she is inside! She’s gentle, easygoing, and about as drama-free as they come. If dogs had a “Most Likely to Be Everyone’s Favorite” award, Pixel would win it paws down. This lovely girl gets along beautifully with just about everyone—people, dogs, kids, new situations—you name it. She’s calm, confident, and refreshingly mellow for an Aussie mix. Think less “whirling devilish herding machine” and more “professional couch companion with occasional zoomies.” And let’s talk about those eyes! Pixel has one stunning blue eye and one soulful brown eye. According to urban legend, that means she can see things in heaven and on earth at the same time. Pretty cool superpower, right? Basically, she’s part dog, part magical guardian angel. Pixel also comes fully loaded with excellent house manners: • Crate trained ✔ • Housebroken with a dog door ✔ • Walks beautifully on leash ✔ • Polite, well-behaved house guest ✔ • Expert at giving soft, grateful looks ✔ She enjoys relaxed strolls, cozy naps, and being near her people. She’s the kind of dog who fits seamlessly into your life like she’s always been there. Now, cats are a hard no, sorry cat lovers, she’s not a fan (she believes they are tiny, suspicious aliens), so a feline-free home is a must. But with dogs and humans? She’s an absolute dream. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving, go-with-the-flow companion who will make every day brighter just by existing in it, Pixel is ready to be your girl. Apply today and let this two-toned-eyed sweetheart see straight into your heart 💙🤎🐾

LOOKING FOR AN ADOPTER OR A FOSTER Currently in Kentucky and we have a transport scheduled in Greensburg, Pa on 03/01.  Please know we prioritize adopters to help free up foster homes so we are able to save more dogs.  ADULT DOGS NEED TO DECOMPRESS: they can take at least 3 months to feel like they are home. You are on their time and have to wait for them to come to you!    Everyone meet Bodi, a Aussie/border collie mix, estimated to be 2 years old. He is 54 lbs of LOVE! He loves everyone - dogs, kids and people! (Can’t be with chickens). Bodi was found as a stray and got picked up by our shelter partner. He is high energy and will need active fur parents that can provide daily walks and mental stimulation! He does great in his kennel and does well on a leash considering he’s has never been on one before. He’s looking for someone to never abandon him again, is that you?    ##2666122##

Story
Heartworm Preventative: 13th of every month Flea and Tick: 13th of every month Yoshi likes women best. Yoshi is very leary of men, he needs several introductions to new men in his life to know he can trust them. Most women he meets he makes up with after a short time, some he likes immediately. He was treated roughly by a small child and father. He will not be adopted out to a family with children as that would not be fair to the children or Yoshi. Active and likes to play. Very smart. Loves attention from those that he trusts. He gets along with all of us here at Orphans even the men, but he needed time to get to know you. NEEDS AN ADOPTER WITH AUSSIE EXPERIENCE AND FENCED IN YARD. Bite History: Prior history to coming to us. And bite history with us. PA 1137
