Story

He's cute, he's fun and he promises to bring lots of love to your life every single day. Jovi is a 8-year-old, approx. 56 lbs, Australian Shepherd mix. He’s smart, playful, friendly and good with dogs his size with proper introductions. Small dogs/animals and cats are, unfortunately, a no go for this fella. Jovi loves human companionship and he does well with kids, but his enthusiasm makes him a better fit for older ones. He is house and crate trained and his leash skills, well, they are a work in progress. Jovi's favorite activities include running, playing in the kiddie pool and snuggling after a long day of play. This guys ideal match would be an experienced, patient and committed home that can provide structure and boundaries. Jovi needs an area to expend his bursts of Aussie energy, so a fenced yard is required. Once those bursts are expended, he's ready to snuggle in for a good book or a movie. Jovi is looking for a home where he can stretch out, soak up attention and claim his rightful spot on the couch. If you’re searching for a playful, affectionate dog with a big personality and an even bigger heart, Jovi is ready to be your guy. ***IMPORTANT ADOPTION INFORMATION*** Adoption fee is $300 All dogs are fully vetted before leaving rescue (vaccinations, spay or neuter and microchip). Story

Very playful and happy dog. Very rarely barks. Would do well in home with other dogs. Does not run and can enjoy the front yard. Comes with a dog house if you need one, and crate. She loves sleeping in the crate. My housing situation changed suddenly and can not take with me. Pet insurance can be transferred.

Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. This delightful puppy with those gorgeous ice blue eyes is named 'Chestnut' and we think he may be a 'Texas Heeler' (Australian cattle dog and Australian shepherd mix). As you'd expect, he's a very intelligent and playful guy willing to cuddle with everyone! He was rescued by one of our wonderful volunteers and was adopted out as a puppy but had to be returned when his owner could no longer work from home. He is looking again for a new home to call his own and we think he would do best as an only dog. Chestnut is neutered and current on his vaccinations, worming, heartworm prevention and flea control. His $125 adoption fee also includes a LIFETIME microchip registration with HomeAgain. If you've fallen for this little 'nut' please click on the green arrow icon near the top of the page to submit an online application (no cost or obligation). Once approved we'll gladly set up a time for you to meet in person to see if it's a good match. Story

**Lucas is currently being fostered in Houston TX but is available for out of state adoption via rescue transport at no added fee to adopters. We offer video chat for you to meet your pup prior to committing to adoption, and have a guaranteed return process for all our dogs** Lucas is your all around adventure pup who loves to run, play, swim, repeat! This dog has a ton of energy and just loves to be right beside his human best friend! He was found as a stray on the streets of Houston TX, where he was rescued by a good Samaritan who made sure he was safe, and vetted. Unfortunately, they didn't have a lot of space and Lucas started to get anxious being in such confined spaces with no way to run. Being the breeds he is, this caused him to mentally deteriorate a little and thus he was brought to us. Lucas has since settled in beautifully now that he has land to run in, friends to play with, toys aplenty and all the water time he could ask for. While he can be a little needy at times, we don't blame him given the confined spaces he endured before being brought here. Anyone who loves to run and was cooped up for as long as he was would be! However, he has really started to thrive with the right environment. Lucas is a very intelligent dog who is eager to please and quick to learn. He picks things up quickly, and is bold and confident in his learning style so it doesn't take much at all. Treats, toys, a good belly rub, all are equal enough to him to work for and he definitely will work for it! He is crate trained, and has done well to introduction to all things home life. He really loves toys, and is constantly looking to play, fetch, run, and seek all the fun things! He also really loves the water, and any chance he gets he is in the pool, which, given how hot the summer has been we don't blame him! He would do great with a family looking for someone to inject energy and life into the home. He is 100% a persons dog, and would do best with someone who has the time and space for him to grow and play. Even though he is a husky, he is a relatively quiet dog who isn't a loud barker, though he will whine if he wants a toy and isn't seeming to get our attention for it. But otherwise, no howling here! Lucas will come fully vetted and health certified. For more information, contact MokasMission@Gmail.com

Story

Meet Calzone! 🍕❤️ This adorable boy still has plenty of puppy behavior and a whole lot of personality! He can be a little shy with strangers at first, but he warms up quickly, especially when treats are involved! 😉 Calzone absolutely loves other dogs and would do great in a home with a canine friend. He’s still learning his manners and doesn’t quite understand personal boundaries, so another playful, tolerant dog would be a great match for him. When Calzone gets scared, he may bark and try to sound tough, but it’s all an act, he’s a sweetheart. He’s also still working on his potty training and will need a little patience and consistency. With some guidance, treats, and a doggy buddy to show him the ropes, Calzone is going to make a wonderful companion! 🐾❤️ Adoption fee is: $400.00 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee. Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs. EIN # 46-5486022
