He’s smart, playful, friendly and good with dogs his size with proper introductions. Small dogs/animals and cats are, unfortunately, a no go for this fella. Jovi loves human companionship and he does well with kids, but his enthusiasm makes him a better fit for older ones. He is house and crate trained and his leash skills, well, they are a work in progress. Jovi's favorite activities include running, playing in the kiddie pool and snuggling after a long day of play. This guys ideal match would be an experienced, patient and committed home that can provide structure and boundaries. Jovi needs an area to expend his bursts of Aussie energy, so a fenced yard is required. Once those bursts are expended, he's ready to snuggle in for a good book or a movie. Jovi is looking for a home where he can stretch out, soak up attention and claim his rightful spot on the couch. Willow is an 8 year old pure bred Australian Shepherd. We have had her since she was two months old. She is spayed, up to date on shots and house trained. She walks well on a leash and loves to ride in a truck, buggie or car. Also likes golf carts. She gets along with cats and is good with older kids. Not little kids though. She likes to herd them. We have a corgi and they hate each other. They have gotten into some good fights and I just can’t deal with it anymore. She has never been aggressive to anyone or anything other than our Corgi. Willow would do great in a home that does not have females She is a great partner in crime and is very loyal. She does well with my senior dog who is a boy, it’s just females because they fight for the alpha position. This only started about a year ago so I am not sure what happened. If anyone can help rehome her that would be amazing. We hate to have to do this but I have to look out for her quality of life and find her a home where she can thrive.

Bailey is a 7 year old boy that I got from a breeder as a puppie and has had a quiet and simple life so far. I am sure he would enjoy very much having space to run and play. He is very sweet and kind how ever he gets anxious and very exited when strangers come to the house or when the neighbors are jogging in front of the house. He barks at them. He also gets a little anxious when driving in a car and shakes a little. He has lived with a 3 year old Pittbull female and they get along great. He protects and looks after her. He has been a great companion for a mother and adult son’s home. I am sure he will be a blessing to anyone who gives him a safe home.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.This delightful puppy with those gorgeous ice blue eyes is named 'Chestnut' and we think he may be a 'Texas Heeler' (Australian cattle dog and Australian shepherd mix). As you'd expect, he's a very intelligent and playful guy willing to cuddle with everyone! He was rescued by one of our wonderful volunteers and was adopted out as a puppy but had to be returned when his owner could no longer work from home. We offer video chat for you to meet your pup prior to committing to adoption, and have a guaranteed return process for all our dogs** Lucas is your all around adventure pup who loves to run, play, swim, repeat! This dog has a ton of energy and just loves to be right beside his human best friend! He was found as a stray on the streets of Houston TX, where he was rescued by a good Samaritan who made sure he was safe, and vetted. Unfortunately, they didn't have a lot of space and Lucas started to get anxious being in such confined spaces with no way to run. Being the breeds he is, this caused him to mentally deteriorate a little and thus he was brought to us. Lucas has since settled in beautifully now that he has land to run in, friends to play with, toys aplenty and all the water time he could ask for. While he can be a little needy at times, we don't blame him given the confined spaces he endured before being brought here. Anyone who loves to run and was cooped up for as long as he was would be! However, he has really started to thrive with the right environment. Lucas is a very intelligent dog who is eager to please and quick to learn. He picks things up quickly, and is bold and confident in his learning style so it doesn't take much at all. Treats, toys, a good belly rub, all are equal enough to him to work for and he definitely will work for it! He is crate trained, and has done well to introduction to all things home life. He really loves toys, and is constantly looking to play, fetch, run, and seek all the fun things! He also really loves the water, and any chance he gets he is in the pool, which, given how hot the summer has been we don't blame him! He would do great with a family looking for someone to inject energy and life into the home. He is 100% a persons dog, and would do best with someone who has the time and space for him to grow and play. Even though he is a husky, he is a relatively quiet dog who isn't a loud barker, though he will whine if he wants a toy and isn't seeming to get our attention for it. But otherwise, no howling here!
