Story
Oh my goodness! This guy has turned out to be such a cutie. Arlo is a total character who will keep you laughing. Arlo was tied up behind an H&#226&#128&#145E&#226&#128&#145B for over 12 hours. Nobody knows how or why but thank goodness a Good Samaritan saw him and took him home. Arlo is an Australian shepherd mix about 3-4 years old. He weighs right around 40 pounds. He has the absolute cutest prance, a HUGE SMILE, and absolutely loves his “puppy massage” Arlo is up to date on vaccines and is neutered. Sadly he is heartworm positive but Scout’s Honor Rescue will cover the cost of his slow kill treatment. If interested in adopting or fostering Arlo please fill out the appropriate application and we will be in touch right away. January 27, 2025, 7:33 pm

If you would like more information about Remington or are interested in adopting him, please send an email to casondra.snyder@gmail.com Remington (Remy) is a 3 yr old Australian Shepard/Border Collie mix (neutered). He is good with dogs and cats I haven’t seen him around younger kids, but he is good with older kids. He is calm, gentle, and loving, though he does have a herding instinct. He is up to date with rabies shots. Unfortunately, I am moving overseas and unfortunately cannot bring him with me. If you would like more information about Iyana or are interested in adopting her, please send an email to tyler2217@yahoo.com or contact this number, 713-819-1538 Iyana (Ya-Ya) is a beautiful, energetic cuddle bug found in our backyard. She was initially frozen in fear after being abandoned. She was fairly well groomed when found so she wasn’t alone for long. I carried her into the house where my fiancé and I cared for her until her personality came out. She’s now a lovable puppy who deserves a loving home. We already have two large dogs who she gets along with great, but we don’t have space for a third in our small home. Iyana needs all the space and all the love in the world because her sweet self deserves it. Story
Meet Oscar, the canine marvel of our times. Born in the roaring twenties (2020) Oscar is all about family; the more, the merrier, especially if they’re children who always seem to have an inexhaustible supply of play in them. Fellow dogs, though? Well, let’s just say Oscar prefers the spotlight all to himself. As for cats? His resume lacks that particular bit of experience. But let’s not forget about his sonar-like hearing; it’s believed he can detect the softest crinkle of a toy from three counties over. So, if you’re in the market for an eager playmate, part-time snuggle monster, and full-time entertainer, it’s time you say hello to Oscar!

Story
Meet Corina! Corina is a sweet and playful pup looking for her forever home! We estimate her to be around a year old. She was found as a severely emaciated stray and has come a long way! She`s a mixed breed and is currently about 30 lbs. She`s a bit shy when meeting new people but warms up quickly once she gets to know you. While she’s still working on her potty training (a few tinkle accidents here and there), she’s doing great with crate training – she sleeps and eats comfortably in her crate.Corina is friendly with other dogs, especially when introduced properly, and has a mid-high energy level. She`s got no issues with guarding, leash reactivity, or aggression, and she’s not fearful. Though she may take a little time to adjust in new environments, she’s a loving and cuddly companion once she feels at ease.If you`re looking for a playful, snuggly pup who will be a loyal and loving addition to your home, Corina might just be the one! Interested in adopting Corina? Submit an application here: www.this-is-houston.org/adopt/adopt-application**Currently in Houston, TX but is able to transport out-of-state**
