Bug is a 4-year-old Basset Hound/Beagle mix with short legs, a long body, and a nose that never quits. He came to us from another rescue. At 35 lbs., he may look compact, but don’t be fooled—this little guy is strong and loves to move. Bug’s favorite thing in the world is getting out for brisk, scent-filled walks where he can follow his nose and take in all the smells. He’ll need some help with leash manners, as he can pull when something exciting catches his attention. Despite his enthusiasm on walks, Bug is an easygoing, happy-go-lucky companion who enjoys people and takes life as it comes. He’s open to meeting other dogs, can be cat tested, and would do well in a home with kids. RPACI is a non profit rescue, and currently possess our 501C3 to operate as such. Please visit us on Facebook: Rebecca's Paws and Claws in Remlap and our website: www.rpacirescue.org. All dogs from this rescue are transported from Alabama to the Pennsylvania/ New England area and delivered in Pennsylvania and RI. Each dog will come fully vetted. Price also includes transportation and a Health Certificate as required by law. There is a 100.00 deposit required at the time of adoption to secure the transport crate. The remainder of the fee will be paid once you pick up the dog. Naturally the 100.00 comes off the total owed at pick up. It will be refunded if for any reason you decide you do not want to adopt, unless the transport has already left.with the dog.
