Olive is a 4-year-old former research facility dog who was rescued and given a second chance, and she's shown just how much love she has to give ever since. She's incredibly social, playful, and curious, and genuinely adores people and animals. As a beagle, she loves being outdoors and sniffing out every smell she can find, and she has the energy to match. She's completed basic obedience training, but she's still working on potty training and impulse control. Her excitement to greet people and dogs can turn into fixation, though she's never been aggressive. She's also sensitive to loud noises. Olive would thrive with an adopter who has some training experience and time to reinforce her skills, loves quality time, and enjoys being outdoors. She'd be comfortable around kids and/or other pets in the home. She's being rehomed due to her current owner's life changes, not anything Olive did.
