Story

Meet Shiloh. When we got him at 3 months old, he was a little 10lb old dude. Now at 8 months he has grown so much. He is now the size of a terrier, weighing in at 20lbs. He still has that puppy energy and can play with toys and other willing dogs non stop. He has learned to walk on a leash and harness, but still needs practice since he pulls a little or can get startled by noise. Sniffing and smelling everything is one of his favorite activities. His sit and stays are so much better too. Shiloh is crate trained, but prefers to sleep all cuddle up next to his human on the bed. He can sleep all night without having to go potty, but will let you know when he has to go out. He loves food and will try to eat everyone else food before his. So, he still has to be supervised while eating. He has received all his vaccines, had his neuter surgery and is microchipped. Now we hope to find him his loving forever home. Will do good with an active family and one able to keep up with his training. Another young dog that likes to play would be a plus. Story

Misty is a stray that we picked up to keep her from freezing to death last winter. In the last year she has made leaps & bounds towards healing from the obvious abuse she has been through, but I am now unable to keep her due to an ailing mother who requires most of my care. She needs a home with an abundance of love. Misty is gleefully unaware she is too big to be a lap dog. She likes lazer pointers. She prefers a jacket to go outside, & loves to ride in cars. She gets excited to hear the word Grandma and thinks that no chair is worth sitting in without a soft blankie (she comes with several). Misty doesn't do well around baseball bats, belts, lighters, & will gorge herself if given the opportunity. She will break into outside trash cans if they aren't secured. She really is the best girl, but she struggles to take verbal instructions. She gets scared to mess up & messes up worse, but a patient hand would do well with her. I love her dearly, but life has changed. She needs a new home.
