While he’s lived peacefully with other dogs before, he’s not keen on sharing his person, so we’re seeking a dog-free home. Cats, however, are welcome! He’s had feline friends in the past and gets along well with them. LIFESTYLE: Calm, easygoing, fine being left alone. Fully housebroken. Doesn't get on furniture or chew things he shouldn't.LIKES: Riding in a car, chasing a ball (and then you chasing him back), belly rubs, kids & babies of any kind, kitties, getting brushedLIKES NOT SO MUCH: Thunderstorms, baths (showers ok), hair dryers (towel drying a big YES), vacuum cleaners (even if off). A little too curious about fowl, so no chickens please. Just a good ol’ boy lookig for a peaceful home and somebody to love and love him back. Harley is a sweet girl, about 10 years old. She was rescued in 2018, along with 3 other Beagles (Bonnie, Clyde and Max) at different times. Since then, Bonnie and Max were rehomed and Clyde was put down end of last year due to congestive heart failure. I am a retired 23 year veteran who has PTSD, ADHD and anxiety issues. I take medication for such. Harley is sweet and loving, but has some anxiety which is playing heavy with mine unfortunately. She needs love and companionship in a healthy home environment.
