Story
I got Biden in 2020 in Marysville, Missouri on a farm. He is a pure breed Beagle, and turning 6 this year. Unfortunately, I have to rehome him because I just had twins and I can’t afford or have the time to provide him the life he deserves. Biden (also answers to Bee Bop) is the sweetest dog you’ll ever meet. He’s very timid, low maintenance, LOVES being outside, loves hunting down small rodents and loves playing with other dogs. Before I had the twins, I would take him to the dog park daily and that was his favorite place to be. He’s about 25-26 pounds and house trained. He knows basic commands as well, such as No, Sit, Stay, Stop, Out, Come Here, Good Boy, and Let’s Go. He doesn’t bark, only howls when he senses danger. He is use to car rides, grooming at Petco, and does well whenever he is doggy sat. I really want to find him a great home because he’s a great dog. He has a pro plan account with Banfield so he’s up to date with his vaccinations and receives routine check ups.

Story
Harley is a sweet girl, about 10 years old. She was rescued in 2019, along with 3 other Beagles (Bonnie, Clyde and Max) at different times. Since then, Bonnie and Max were rehomed and Clyde was put down end of last year due to congestive heart failure. I am a retired 23 year veteran, and my home life has since changed. Harley is sweet and loving, she would love companionship in a healthy home environment. Thank you!I am willing to help support transition as well

Story
Meet Bridget - At seven years old, Bridget is just beginning her journey of discovering what it truly means to be a dog. Rescued from a heartbreaking hoarding situation alongside dozens of other beagles, Bridget spent most of her life without the love, safety, and care every dog deserves. Now, she’s finally getting her chance. Bridget is a gentle, sensitive soul who is still learning to navigate the world around her. Everything is new - soft beds, kind hands, open spaces - and while it can feel overwhelming at times, she’s slowly starting to understand that she’s safe. Because of her past, Bridget is very anxious and is a flight risk, so she will need a secure, fenced-in yard where she can explore safely at her own pace. One thing that brings Bridget comfort is other dogs. She absolutely loves them and looks to them for reassurance, guidance, and confidence. A home with a calm, friendly dog would make all the difference in helping Bridget continue to grow and come out of her shell. With patience, understanding, and love, she will blossom in her own time. Watching her learn, trust, and experience joy for the first time is a truly special and rewarding experience. Bridget currently weighs about 22lbs., is approximately 7 years old (est. birth date 12/20/2018), and her adoption fee is $315. Bridget has been spayed, is up to date on all vaccinations & preventatives, and is microchipped. If you want to know more about Bridget, please complete a survey at https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FKDS/Dog. After submitting a survey, an adoption counselor will contact you within 72 hours to give you more information about the dog you are interested in adopting and to arrange for you to meet. You must be at least 21 years of age to adopt.

Story
Vincent Benedict is a charming, 4-month-old, Beagle/Husky mix puppy, with a sweet spirit and bright future ahead.   Currently weighing about 7 pounds, Vincent is expected to grow into a wonderful medium-sized dog of 30–40 pounds. He’s a fun-loving, intelligent pup who learns quickly and thrives with positive reinforcement.   Vincent is affectionate and playful once he warms up. He can be a little shy when first meeting new people, but he quickly shows his loving personality. He gets along well with both small and big dogs, cats, and enjoys the company of older, respectful children. He is crate trained, and is actively working on his leash manners and potty training.   This happy, energetic boy is ready to bond with his forever family and bring endless smiles. If you’re looking for a smart, playful companion who will grow into a loyal, medium-sized dog, Vincent Benedict would love to meet you! Story
Meet Benny Jacks!  Hello there! My name is Benny Jacks, and I'm an adorable 8-year-old Beagle/Corgi mix (DOB: 03/22/2018). I may be a mature gentleman, but don't let my age fool you—I still have plenty of love, personality, and playfulness to share! I came into rescue with my little brother, Boomer Jacks, a 5-year-old Beagle/Basset mix. We've been together our entire lives and recently lost the only home and family we've ever known. We are incredibly bonded and would love nothing more than to find a forever family willing to keep us together. We're the perfect pair! We:  Sleep in our crates side-by-side  Share food and water bowls  Sunbathe together  Snuggle in our humans' bed at night  Simply enjoy spending every moment together While Boomer is a little more laid-back, I'm the outgoing one of the duo! I love being part of whatever my people are doing and enjoy getting attention and affection from everyone I meet. One of my favorite pastimes is entertaining myself with plush toys—especially the ones with squeakers! Give me a soft toy that squeaks, and I'm one happy boy. I'm also a very good house guest! I:  I'm house-trained and crate-trained  Have had no accidents in the house or crate  Will let you know when I need to go outside  Love spending time with my humans I do take daily medication for allergies, which helps keep me feeling my best. My favorite things include:  Sunbathing with Boomer  Playing with plush squeaky toys  Going for walks  Snuggling and getting belly rubs  Spending time with my family We don't bark much, but we may get excited when our people come home or when we're first left alone. And, being hounds, we occasionally enjoy showing off our musical talents with a little baying and howling! Boomer and I have already lost so much, and our biggest wish is to stay together as we begin our next chapter. Everyone says we're just like having one dog because we're so easygoing and devoted to each other. Could you open your heart and home to two sweet boys looking for a second chance? If you'd like to meet me—and hopefully my brother Boomer too—please submit an adoption application today. We can't wait to find our forever family! Story
Meet Boomer Jacks!   Hi there! My name is Boomer Jacks, but my friends call me Boomer or Boom Boom! I'm a handsome 5-year-old Beagle/Basset Hound mix (DOB: 05/07/2021) weighing about 39 pounds. With my classic tricolor hound markings, soulful brown eyes, and easygoing personality, I'm ready to bring lots of love to my forever family. I came into rescue with my big brother, Benny Jacks, an 8-year-old Beagle/Corgi mix. Benny and I have been together our entire lives, and he's truly my emotional support buddy. We recently lost the only home and family we've ever known, so our biggest wish is to find a forever home where we can stay together. We're the definition of a bonded pair! We:  Sleep side-by-side in our crates  Share food and water bowls  Sunbathe together  Snuggle in our humans' bed at night  Simply enjoy doing life together I'm a sweet, affectionate boy who loves attention, but honestly, my favorite things are spending time with Benny, hanging out with my people, and soaking up the sunshine. I'm also a very well-mannered pup! I:  I'm house-trained and crate-trained  Have had no accidents in the house or crate  Will go to the door when I need to go outside  Know the commands "sit" and "shake" One thing to know about me is that I can drool when I'm feeling anxious or stressed, which is likely thanks to the Basset Hound side of my family tree. A little extra slobber just comes with my charm, especially when I'm adjusting to new situations. Having Benny by my side helps me feel safe and comfortable. As for treats? I'm not particularly treat-motivated unless you're offering the really good wet food! Then you've definitely got my attention. My favorite things include:  Sunbathing  Walks  A little toy playtime  Snuggles and belly rubs  Spending time with my humans Benny and I don't bark much, but we may get excited when you come home or when we're first left alone. And yes, there might be a little baying and howling involved—we're hounds, after all, and we like to show off our musical talents! If you have room in your heart and home for two wonderful boys, adopting us is truly like getting one amazing package deal. We're looking for a family who will love us both and give us the happy ending we deserve. Could you be our forever family? If you'd like to meet me—and hopefully my brother Benny too—please submit an adoption application today.
