Story

Ashley was adopted from the shelter in February 2023. She was rescued with 15 other dogs. Her sister, Wonton, was adopted at the same time by a different owner. The two owners exchanged contact and the girls went their separate ways. One year later, Ashley's guardian decided that she wasn't able to keep the dog as she was moving, so she reached out to Wonton's parents. Wonton's parents took in Ashley and are currently fostering her to find her a good home. She is a sweet dog that gets along with others. She doesn't have any aggression issues, and is a lovebug. We unfortunately cannot keep her as we only intended to foster, but she will adapt well to any home where there is a person nearby. She does have some separation anxiety so she will thrive in a house where there is someone around all the time. Adoption fee covers all immunizations and flea and tick meds.

Bonnie is 8 years old. I’d love to keep her but I’m in no position finically or environmentally to keep her. She’s crate trained, and a big cuddler. The reason I’ve never been able to find anyone to take her is cause of health issues. She’s on thyroid and heart pills roughly costing 180 a month. She’s a sweet well behaved dog that just needs a home and someone to take care of her.

Stella was adopted around seven years ago (she is almost 9...) from an adoption day outside of PetSmart. She is taken to the vet regularly for all shots, dental, very healthy girl. She imprinted (totally adored) my youngest son, over the years she has been a wonderful pet for him. My son has since moved on and out of the house, not able to take her with him. She seems to like males more than females, for whatever reason, she has never really bonded with me, I'm the one who feeds her, walks her and likes my other dog (which she gets along with just fine (male little dog). She is shy and she seems to take her time to get to know you. She seems to have anxiety when left too long, likes for someone to be home with her a lot. She loves to go on walks and sniffs everything - beagle in her. A fenced in backyard would be ideal for her.

      My name is Copper Bleu! I'm an 8-year-old, beagle (DOB 09-04-2015) weighing in at 45 pounds and considered to be a bit overweight. Maybe we could start 2024 right by being healthy together? I'm a handsome beagle, if I do say so myself, with some beautiful brown eyes and a silly smile/or serious face that will melt your heart. I had a wonderful owner that asked Angels to help me find a new family due to my owner's declining health and financial hardship, it had nothing to do with me. It was very sad, but my foster family has taken great care of me.     Here's a little info: I know simple commands like sit and go outside. I'm pretty good on a leash even though my nose leads the way, I'm told that is the characteristic of a typical beagle. I enjoy roaming free in a fenced backyard, play with other dogs and love everyone I meet.    I am house-broken and crate trained (but not my favorite spot). I'm considered a "Velcro dog" who lives to be by your side. I would love for someone that is home a lot because I really need to know that everything is going to be ok. I'm not a fan of car rides, thunder or fireworks and take meds for anxiety when certain occasions arise. I'm honestly a homebody with my people and enjoy laying on the couch as close to my human(s) as possible. I'll even let you hold me like a baby to snuggle!    I truly love food, and treats are my favorite, next to getting all the attention. I am on a sensitive stomach, dog food and medication for hypothyroidism. I do bark when left alone, so apartment/townhomes/condos are probably not ideal for my forever home, most neighbors are not fans of my singing.     I would love to meet my new family soon - I've been waiting for you. If you would like to meet me, please submit an adoption application for me today!
