Story
My name is Copper Bleu! I'm an 8-year-old, beagle (DOB 09-04-2015) weighing in at 45 pounds and considered to be a bit overweight. Maybe we could start 2024 right by being healthy together? I'm a handsome beagle, if I do say so myself, with some beautiful brown eyes and a silly smile/or serious face that will melt your heart. I had a wonderful owner that asked Angels to help me find a new family due to my owner's declining health and financial hardship, it had nothing to do with me. It was very sad, but my foster family has taken great care of me.     Here's a little info: I know simple commands like sit and go outside. I'm pretty good on a leash even though my nose leads the way, I'm told that is the characteristic of a typical beagle. I enjoy roaming free in a fenced backyard, play with other dogs and love everyone I meet.    I am house-broken and crate trained (but not my favorite spot). I'm considered a "Velcro dog" who lives to be by your side. I would love for someone that is home a lot because I really need to know that everything is going to be ok. I'm not a fan of car rides, thunder or fireworks and take meds for anxiety when certain occasions arise. I'm honestly a homebody with my people and enjoy laying on the couch as close to my human(s) as possible. I'll even let you hold me like a baby to snuggle!    I truly love food, and treats are my favorite, next to getting all the attention. I am on a sensitive stomach, dog food and medication for hypothyroidism. I do bark when left alone, so apartment/townhomes/condos are probably not ideal for my forever home, most neighbors are not fans of my singing.     I would love to meet my new family soon - I've been waiting for you. If you would like to meet me, please submit an adoption application for me today! An Adoption Application for this dog can be found and submitted online.  http://www.angelsrescue.org/adopt/adoption-forms     Please be sure to like our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/angelsrescue.  Email inquiry@angelsrescue.org    Note:   Some apartments and neighborhoods  have breed restrictions. We verify rental policies and adhere to any regulations. Please ensure you understand those restrictions before choosing a dog.            April 26, 2024, 1:22 pm

Story
Hi! Thank you for taking the time to read my bio! My name is Dale Junior! Yes, just like the race car driver! When I first came to my foster, I was not fast at all actually the complete opposite! I came in at 120 pounds and through diet and exercise, I am a new man at 62 pounds! I can be very silly with my foster brothers and sisters. I like to go on walks, play in the yard, or sometimes I want to hang out in my dog bed. I would like to have a family with another dog, preferably a female because I am quite a good boyfriend! I get along with all dogs. If I can fit into your family, I would love to meet you! Story
Doxy is an eight year old, 17 pound, Beagle/Doxy mix. He was returned to AAU because his adopter was going into a senior living situation. He is a very sweet little dog. He does bark a lot, so he can not live in an apartment or condo. He is house trained, but he’s on Lasix (a fluid pill) for his heart condition. He can only be left for a few hours or so, depending on the time you gave the medication.    Speaking of his heart condition, Doxy does have rather advanced heart disease. He is on 2 other heart medications besides the Lasix. And I’ll add to his being left, that he has separation anxiety. He needs a home with another sweet dog. I would not crate him. I do have 2 personal dogs and I give them and Doxy the run of the house when I leave.    Doxy also has urinary crystals and must be on a special diet. Finally, he has Gallbladder disease for which he must take medication. Summing it up, he will be on a special diet and medication for the rest of his life. He would do best with a fenced yard because of his medication.   I know he sounds like a train wreck, but he’s a very good dog. He loves everyone and other dogs. He is not a fan of cats. Doxy is very attached to his people and smart! He picked up our routine quickly. He enjoys watching TV on the sofa.    Doxy is also a good watch dog. He spends much of his day “lounging”. He loves, loves, loves his evening leash walks. Honestly, you would never know he had any health issues when you meet him. I am retired and have a busy life. Doxy’s health issues have not interfered with my lifestyle. He has only added love to our household! Story
What a handsome little boy!  This is Yoda Hampton.  This little guy is very bonded to his sibling Trapper Hampton, who could be his twin. How wonderful if they could be adopted together as they are so bonded. They were rescued from a hoarding situation . They were well loved but received little socialization & training. Yoda is wary of strangers and skittish.   Once you gain Yoda's Hampton's trust he becomes a completely different pup. He loves to be held and to sit in your lap. He is very affectionate and loves attention. He answers to his name and goes into his crate on command. He likes being outdoors, running and playing and will do best with a fenced yard.. He especially likes playing with his toys and his brother Trapper Hampton. Yoda Hampton is learning to walk on a leash and will need additional training.. He does go potty outside ( usually LOL). Ask his foster for tips for his continued training.   With some trust building, training and patience, Yoda Hampton's   new forever family will be very lucky to have him as a member. They will get a lifetime of joy and love from this loving pup                          An Adoption Application for this dog can be found and submitted online. http://www.angelsrescue.org/adopt/adoption-forms    Please be sure to like our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/angelsrescue.  Email inquiry@angelsrescue.org    Note:   Some apartments and neighborhoods  have breed restrictions. Story
This sweet boy is Trapper Hampton. Trapper Hampton and his seven siblings were rescued from a crowded home situation. Although it was a bad situation, he and his siblings were well loved. Unfortunately, they were never properly socialized or received any real training. He is very skittish and afraid around strangers. He is going to need lots of love, attention and patience. He is very bonded to his brother Yoda & they could be twins. If they could be adopted together it would be wonderful .   Trapper is a very happy little boy. Once he gets to know you he is a whole different pup. He will hop into your lap and give lots of love. He will come to you when called and easily goes into his crate. He is almost completely house trained, but will occasionally have an accident - his foster can give you pointers on continuing his training.    Trapper Hampton loves his toys and playing with his brother Yoda. He also likes running around out side and really needs a fenced yard  He is very afraid of his leash and will need additional training.   His new forever family will be very lucky to have this special boy as a member . With love and devotion they will be rewarded with a lifetime of affection and joy. Story
Hi there! My name is Wash, and I’m a handsome, affectionate boy who loves being around people, especially my brother, Malcolm Reynolds. We have a special bond and would love to stay together. If you have room in your heart and home, please look at his profile, too, and consider us both.  I’m very quiet most of the time, but I have some separation anxiety that I’m working on, and I will sing you the song of my people when you return home or when I’m separated from you for too long. Aside from this, I’m a genuinely sweet boy who likes to be wherever you are around the house.  Loves:  -People -Treats -Sunbathing in the grass or on the patio -Splooting just about anywhere -Walks -Squeaky toys  -Snuggles -Belly rubs -Gentle head and ear scratches  Dislikes -Being alone -Crates -Big dogs My Ideal Home would be with my brother Malcolm, or another friendly, easygoing dog that isn’t too big, and a pet parent(s) or family who is home frequently and will continue to work with me on my separation anxiety so that I can feel safe, reassured and loved in my new home. If you’d like to meet me, please submit an adoption application foday!      An Adoption Application for this dog can be found and submitted online. http://www.angelsrescue.org/adopt/adoption-forms  Please be sure to like our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/angelsrescue.  Email inquiry@angelsrescue.org  Note: Some apartments and neighborhoods have breed restrictions. Story
Ramsey is an adorable tri-colored Beagle looking for his forever family! He has the cutest face you&#39ve ever seen, with big expressive ears. Ramsey is the perfect size, weighing just 25lbs. Ramsey was born on 2/23/2022 and is almost 2yr old. He&#39s a smart boy who is crate trained, house trained, and has good leash manners. Ramsey is cautious and a little nervous when he first meets new people but warms up quickly once he&#39s comfortable and feels he can trust. Ramsey needs a dog savvy family who understands that scared dogs need space. He has a medium energy level - he loves to romp around and play, but will settle down quickly. He loves to go for car rides and will make a great companion for fun family adventures! Ramsey has a great temperament and is sweet with everyone he meets - this boy is the ultimate family dog! In addition, Ramsey has been through professional training. His foster Mom describes him as affectionate, playful, and well behaved. Ramsey is neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. If you&#39re interested in adopting Ramsey, please email us at info@barkvilledogrescue.org or submit an application at https://www.barkvilledogrescue.org/applications. BarkVille is located in Roswell, GA and our dogs are available for foster/adoption in the Greater Atlanta area. Story
Skips is a five year old beagle with the traditional loud beagle howl. He follows his nose everywhere and so he would be best placed in a house with a yard. He does tend to be fearful and timid, but can be won over with lots of treats. Once you've earned his trust you can look forward to the best of cuddles. We're really looking to place Skips and Marty (the husky in the picture) together in the same home, but if we have to split them up, Skips would be best placed in a home with another smaller dog. It may take time to adjust, so we're looking for something transitional where we don't just drop him off and say goodbye. We truly want him to grow and love his new family. So if it takes a few weeks that's ok! We're also ok with an open adoption! haha Would love to see pics of him from time to time living his best life in his new home. ✔ Housetrained ✔ Knows commands "sit" "come" & "kennel up"

Blue is the sweetest dog you'll ever meet. He's super friendly and loves ear rubs. He's quiet and doesn't bark unless he's left alone for long periods of time. He loves to play and definitely kid friendly. He will become your best bud for sure. I'm looking for a loving home for him, because he's very loving and deserve the same in return. I will include his bed, bowl, leashes, and crate.

Story
We took him home and have been investing in making sure he’s healthy. Once comfortable, we noticed he has bad separation anxiety, to where he becomes quite destructive. Our home is not even a year new; & our careers cause for us to travel too often for him to be as active as he needs. His fun facts: he will lay next to you when you are crying, he's a very athletic doggie, and all he wants is someone to give him lots of attention. In a new home I want to find: someone who will keep him safe, a place with a fenced in backyard for him to play, and if you have children that’s even better. If interested lmk !

Bonnie is 8 years old. I’d love to keep her but I’m in no position finically or environmentally to keep her. She’s crate trained, and a big cuddler. The reason I’ve never been able to find anyone to take her is cause of health issues. She’s on thyroid and heart pills roughly costing 180 a month. She’s a sweet well behaved dog that just needs a home and someone to take care of her.
