Story
There are dogs, and then there’s Arya. If you’re looking for a companion who will greet every single day like it’s the first then curl up next to you after a long day, and who will make your family feel a little more complete, you’ve just found her.Arya is a beagle-boxer mix with a keen nose, and warm, easygoing nature, paired with a boxer’s athletic build and energy. She can lay around all day and snap into play mode when it’s time. At bedtime, Arya, loves to get under the covers and doesn’t know what personal space is :)She likes to chase the ball, play tug, and loves hide and seek. Her best trick is using her nose to find anything that you hide anywhere. We are rehoming Arya because we have a new baby in the family and I travel for work often. We also are an immigrant family so it’s hard to board her when we visit our home countries on top of that. She’s a great dog that needs love and attention that we aren’t able to give her right now.

Story
Lily is a 5 year old beagle mix. She lost her home when the owners left her behind. We got Lily and got her completely vetted. Lily is a very sweet girl and at first can be shy until she gets to you. Lily came to us very sick. We thought Lily had a UTI but it turns out she had a huge bladder stone. Lily has since had surgery & will need to eat urinary specialty food the rest of her life. Lily will need a commitment to feed her & not let her eat any other food.  Lily is a very sweet girl who loves to play with smaller dogs.  If you would like to meet Lily, please fill out an on line adoption application at www.alcovypet.org  Alcovy's Beagles require a secure fenced-in yard.  Our dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on all vaccines, up to date on heart-worm preventative and flea preventative and micro-chipped. If interested in adoption, please complete an online application on Alcovy Pet Rescue's website at www.alcovypet.com. You must have a vet reference to adopt. We verify the care of past/current pets. Applications without a vet reference will not be approved for adoption. Our goal is to have the very best home for all our dogs and cats and therefore we reserve the right to approve or deny an application based on what we determine is in the pet's best interest. If interested in adoption, please complete an online application on Alcovy Pet Rescue's website at www.alcovypet.com.  You must have a vet reference to adopt.  We verify the care of past/current pets.  Applications without a vet reference will not be approved for adoption. Story
Please contact ADOPTION (adopt@doggieharmony.org) for more information about this pet.Meet Magnum — a survivor with a heart full of joy! Little Magnum’s story started in the worst way possible — he was found abandoned in a crate in a field, severely emaciated and alone. But this brave boy has done nothing but shine since being rescued. Today, he’s healthy, happy, and thriving, ready to leave his past behind and step into a bright future.  At approximately 1 yr, and 50 lbs, Magnum is a playful, loving puppy who brings energy and happiness wherever he goes. He adores people, loves kids, and gets along well with other dogs. Because he’s still a young pup, he’d do best with older children or younger kids who are well-supervised as he continues learning manners and boundaries. Magnum is crate trained — he’s smart, eager, and picking things up quickly with guidance. He would thrive in an active, loving home where he can grow up surrounded by structure, patience, and plenty of playtime. Neutered, up to date on vaccines, and heartworm negative, Magnum is ready to bring resilience, love, and endless puppy joy to his forever family. Questions about Magnum? loramyers51@yahoo.com To help ensure the best match for both pets and adopters, please complete an Adoption Application: www.bit.ly/DH-Adoption Once approved, caretakers will arrange a preliminary home visit.    September 16, 2026, 2:14 pm
