I rescued Milo from Partners for Pets in 2021. He is 5 yrs old. He is such a sweet heart. He is a beagle which means he can be very high energy. At the time I had a big yard and we went on walks often and that always helped him burn off energy. I think someone with a similar life style, who is active would be very suitable for him. In the last year I sold my home, had a baby&move in w my mother in STL city. The yard is very small& my child is special needs so I dont have the ability to tend to and love on Milo the way he deserves. He is so kind. NEVER bites and is very gentle and loves to cuddle. He just loves to be loved. He does like to bark at the neighbors dogs and squirrels in the yard. He is a beagle of course so he loves to sniff around and eat. He knows sit, stay, yes, no, shake, high five and come. He is pretty loyal but dont let him off a leash bc he will take off, he loves to run. He wont attack other dogs he is pretty submissive.

**The first step to adopting from MO Min Pin Rescue, is to complete the online adoption application. A good vet reference and heartworm prevention are required. We do not arrange transport, and you will be responsible for coming to us to get your dog. Adoption Application link: https://www.mominpinrescue.org/p/adoption-application_30.html ** Ali (her foster parents call her Allie - pronounced Al LEE) came to rescue from an abandoned dog situation. She is close to 18 to 24 months old and weighs a bit over 15 lbs. She was very nervous when she first came to her foster home, but it didn’t take her long to fall in love with her foster mom. For quite some time she was very hesitant to have anything to do with her foster dad or visitors, but she has begun to warm up. We suspect she will always prefer the lady of the house. She gets along fine with other dogs and has a favorite foster sister. She quickly learned about the doggy door in her foster home. She readily accepts her lead and loves to go on walks. She loves to cuddle with mom and is always ready for a belly rub. She is spayed and fully vaccinated. Located in Salem, IL, her adoption fee is $275.

Meet Albert:. When he was surrendered we were told his mix is hound (his nose is always in the air or to the ground working hard, lab, and shepherd. Albert’s hobbies include winning at tug-of-war, fetching like an absolute pro, and charming his way into your heart. This little guy is potty-trained, sleeps soundly in bed with his humans, and is gearing up to be the best adventure buddy ever. Albert’s biggest quirk is being a scaredy cat. He was the pup in the litter that was picked on heavily. His sister was adopted and she was his crutch. He is gaining confidence every day but will need reassurance until he feels like he can conquer the world. It takes him a minute or two to trust people but the wait is totally worth it.
