Story
Originally rescued him in Arizona and had him for almost 2 years now and is currently 6 years old. He is up to date on vaccinations, perfectly healthy, and also neutered. Baron gets along with other dogs if introduced properly and if the other dog is not the same timid personality. With that being said, the next person would continue building him up socially. Other necessities would be someone who could train him and or has a dog door, land, or can give him frequent walks so he can get out his energy. He is willing to learn anything you teach him if done right and I can pass on my notes to you to help. I can donate whatever i have that is his, for example dog bed and a long lead for training when you accept him.

Story
Hi! Im Artimus. I am a 1 year old (01/06/2023) Husky/ Malinois mix. I am a goofball. I love to play ball. I am crate trained, potty trained, and fully vaccinated. I am not spayed yet (must be spayed). I know sit, stay, down, and sort of know leave it we are still working on drop it. I am good with kids, cats, and other dogs my size. I am afraid of my neighbors chihuahua. I jump occasionally when Im excited but I know that can be worked on with my new family. I would do best in a home with a yard or an active family. I eat EVERYTHING I can get in my mouth, but it seems to stem from boredom and lack of training. I can be a little nervous with new things but I warm up quickly. I cant wait to meet you!

Story
Frito was picked up as a stray, so we have no background information on him. Malinois are not a dog for a first time dog owner or somebody who lives in an apartment. They need room to exercise and somebody who will train and work with them. They are great dogs for an active lifestyle and want to do it with you. Frito has been neutered, is current on his vaccinations and has been microchipped so he is ready to go home now! Story
Hi, I’m Grover, a friendly and fun-loving Malinois mix boy who is looking for a new home. I don’t remember much about my past, but I know I was a stray in Yuma, Arizona until some nice people from animal control found me and took me to a shelter. There, I met some other dogs and humans who were very kind to me. They even arranged for me to get a ride to Phoenix, where I am now staying with the Central Arizona Animal Rescue. They are taking good care of me, but I really want to find a family who will love me forever. I am a neutered male, about 1 year old, and I have been vaccinated and microchippedI love playing with toys, especially squeaky ones, and I enjoy running around and having fun. I have lots of energy to burn off! I am very friendly and get along well with people and other dogs. I am not aggressive or possessive, and I don’t bark too much. I am also very smart and eager to learn new things. I am working on my leash skills and manners, but I need some more practice and guidance. I am looking for a home where I can be part of the family and get lots of love and attention. I would love to have a yard where I can run and play, or at least go for regular walks. I would also like to have some toys to keep me entertained and happy. I don’t mind if you have other pets, as long as they are friendly too. I just want to be your loyal companion and best friend. PLEASE e-mail (do not call) mike@caaronline.org for more information and to set up an appointment to adopt. Story
Hello, my name is Destiny, and I’m a 3-year-old female Malinois in search of a new adventure with a loving forever family. I was found wandering with my friend Honey, and despite waiting for my owners, they never came to claim me. The pound was a stressful place for me, but thankfully, the kind souls at Central Arizona Animal Rescue have welcomed me with open arms. I’m a bundle of energy, as Malinois tend to be, and I thrive on attention, exercise, and training. Treats are my favorite, and I’m always eager to learn new tricks for them. I’m great with people, though I can be a bit assertive with other dogs. I’d do best in a home without smaller dogs or cats, where I can be the center of attention. I’m spayed, up-to-date on my vaccinations, and I’ve been microchipped. I’m all set for a family that can match my high spirits and zest for life. If you’re into activities like hiking and are looking for a loyal companion to join you, I’m your girl! Let’s explore the world together and create unforgettable memories. I can’t wait to meet you and start our new journey together. Let’s go on an adventure! PLEASE e-mail (do not call) mike@caaronline.org for more information and to set up an appointment to adopt. Story
Meet Ravi! Ravi is an 8 year old German Shepherd blend. He is a big, lean boy and weighs around 75 pounds. Ravi has a very gentle and sweet personality. He loves hanging out on the couch, and sleeps on a dog bed next to his foster mom's bed. Ravi uses the dog door and hasn't had any accidents in the house. He loves walks and he does get excited when he meets other dogs. He loves attention from humans and likes to know where everyone in the house is hanging out. Ravi has previously lived with another dog and a cat (as long as the cat doesn't run!), and is currently in a foster home with 2 other dogs. He is an excellent passenger in the car and seems to really enjoy car rides. Ravi loves toys and balls and has chosen a big stuffed fish as his favorite and carries it around everywhere. He listens and follows directions well. He knows sit, stay, come, wait, and will give you his paw. Ravi is gentle taking treats. Ravi is a "safety first" kind of boy so he has learned to get in and out of the pool! Ravi is residing in one of our amazing foster homes, and if you would like to schedule an appointment to meet him, please come and see us or email Debbie@AzFriends.org. Ravi is neutered, licensed, current on vaccinations and microchipped. No appointments are necessary and you can come and see us any time we are open. Please go to our website (www.azfriends.org) to fill out a consultation form then come and see us! We do require any family interested in meeting our dogs or cats to fill out a consultation form – this form helps us determine if the dog/cat and the home are a good match, since it is so easy to fall in love with a photo, without knowing the personality of the dog. Once you have filled out the online Adoption Consultation Form, just come in and see us (or come and see us and fill out the consultation form upon arrival)! Please note that ALL dogs and cats are available to the first home that meets the dog or cat that we feel is a good match. In order to help make the best match, we do want all family members (dogs and humans) to meet any potential new family member. Our adoption center hours are: Closed Sunday/Monday; Tuesday 10a-2p, Wednesday 3p-7p, Thursday 3p-7p, Friday 10a-2p, Saturday 10a-4p. We are located at 952 W Melody Avenue in Gilbert (zip code 85233).All animals are altered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, licensed (dogs). Cats tested for FELV/FIV. Dogs tested for Heartworm. All animals are available to the first family that is a good match, and if we have more than one animal who is a good match, there will be a lottery for all matches. Note that families must have come in to our adoption center and spoken with an adoption counselor prior to any lottery (when we have lotteries, they usually occur on Saturday mornings).

Story
I am an extremely affectionate girl who wants to be a part of everything! I've been told I'm very smart, curious and entertaining, and I love to run, play in shallow water, go on car rides, chew on marrow bones/bully sticks/beef cheek rolls, and play tug. I'm your perfect campanion for daytime adventures followed by evening cuddles. I would love playdates with other doggie friends, but I need to be your only fur baby so I don't feel any competition for your attention. The other 2 dogs in my home don't understand my appeasing personality and I get very frustrated by them. I'm 46% GSD and 37% Dutch Shepherd, but my Dutchie traits/behavior seem more predominant. I'm microchipped and current on all my vaccines, plus my annual Heartguard prevention was just filled. I'm looking forward to giving you loads of hugs, kisses and adorable head tilts!
