I am a stunning, wrinkly-faced young adult female Belgian Malinois/Boxer mix with an adorable underbite who’s the perfect mix of energetic and relaxed. I am an unpredictable gal with a high prey drive so cats are not a good fit for me; I’m reactive when it comes to other dogs or unknown/sudden sounds like bikes whizzing by etc.; and I’m a pack follower so if there’s a fight, I may feel compelled to join the chaos. That said, I went to a training facility where there were many other dogs and I did great so I think with time, patience, and continued training I may overcome these ‘quirks’ of mine!! Hee, hee! Anyway, my favorite activities include cuddling with my people; going for leashed walks; snoozing on the couch; eating; playing with squeaky toys; chewing on bones/sticks; chasing the cat; chilling with my canine sib; running zoomies; and barking at strangers outside! I don’t like a lot of commotion and have been known to bite if someone comes into the house when foster mom is not home. I am, however, a very smart girl who will not only give myself a kenneled ‘time-out’ if I’m barking too much but I am potty trained and I know commands like “sit”, “down”, “kennel/crate”, and “heel”! Seriously, how brilliant am I!?! I am a great listener too which makes training a lot easier! Hee, hee!! I know that I’m a bit unpredictable right now but I’m still young and I really am a sweetheart who simply wants to find unconditional love in my own furever home with a patient family who will NEVER give up on me! My heart is SO full of love that I really want to share with YOU…please be my new family, I assure you I’m worth it! Have you ever seen a big doggy PUPPY? Well if you saw my pics, you have NOW!! I am a great boy, a busy boy and I would LOVE a busy family too!! I came to the rescue ALMOST three YEARS AGO! And all my family has already been adopted but I am still waiting............................................ And I am not sure WHY, except I am a smart and busy boy. I am good with other dogs, I need to have slow introductions and strong leader or I would do best in a single dog home...one great thing about me is...you don't have to trudge me to the dog park.... i prefer to be at home with YOU. I am good with cats too!! Tall, dark, handsome...beautiful brown hair, piercing eyes... You might think I'm a Channing Tatum or Ryan Reynolds type but, no, I'm a MOOSE! Please note We are always picky on our applications but this breed requires a different owner and we will be tenacious on that These puppies are high energy and with high intelligence. At just 5 wks old they were learning an obstacle course that the foster made inside the house to focus some mental energy. At 6 wks old they learned sit and what the treat bag meant so we've changed it up.  They are-Mouthy Smart Driven Intense And require homes that understand they are dogs and need very active homes, mental games and jobs to do. No chain link fences or you must have a plan. A chain link fence is just a game to them and they will climb it, maybe not right away but it won't take long until they do. You cannot be lax..
