Story
Sabra was found as a stray animal in the City of Bellmead Texas. She is energetic and socialized. She is ok on a leash but needs more training. No medical history or issues. A very sweet and loving dog. Appears to be crate trained and potty trained. NOTE: The shelter's budget does NOT cover vet exams for these animals. We recommend that each adopted animal get a complete Veterinary exam (including fecal), within about a week of adoption. February 19, 2026, 2:25 pm

Story
We adopted Rusty from the Dallas Animal Shelter in November when he was estimated to be 6 months old. Rusty is a very energetic and happy dog. He loves people and attention. He needs somewhere he can run and play. He does well with other dogs, small or big. He is easy to train if you’re consistent. He knows to sit, lay down, come, and be easy when receiving treats. He sits before eating and when getting his leash put on and off. We want Rusty to go to someone who can give him the attention and love he deserves. He is an amazing dog and so sweet.

Story
Hello, Rhome (Rome) is a sweet GSD Malinois mix (50/50). He will be 7 years old come 3/30. He is our sole dog after our sweet Berlin passed of lymphoma last summer. I love him so much but feel that I’m unable to give him the time & energy that he needs now that I’m pregnant & have a toddler. Also doesn’t help that the whole household is scared of him outside of myself. He is calm but he needs physical activity throughout the day. I’ve been managing until recently. He loves playing ball more than anything- you’d swear he could be on a soccer field. He’s a big fellow- 123 lbs last vet visit. He can be stubborn sometimes if you don’t play with him enough of the day. I never had him neutered- no reason to that. He chills inside with me when home alone, but only about 20 minutes at a time. He prefers being outside (more freedom). He stays in a crate in a guest room when the weather is bad. He has a high prey drive & pulls if he sees any small animal move fast enough.

Story
Kilo is 1 year and 3 months old. He is very playful and likes to run around outside. I feel like Kilo would be amazing with another dog to play around with but he is fine on his own as well. He likes to go on walks too. He is good on a leash and is house trained.
