🍀💚 ADOPT CLOVER 💚🍀 We're in love with this lucky tri-pawd. Clover is so smart and fun! She's looking for an active family with doggo experience and can't wait to find a home of her very own. 🏡 She gets along with other dogs and LOVES to play hard. She is pretty sure EVERY other dog wants to play just as much as she does. She takes correction from more dominant dogs well and is working on learning about doggie language. 🐕 If you've been looking for a sweet and silly new furry family member, Clover might be paw-fect for you! 🐶❤ ADOPTION APPLICATION: www.tinyurl.com/IADRAdoptionApp ***IMPORTANT- PLEASE READ*** Our adoption fee is $175. We require an application to be completed prior to setting up a meet-and-greet. We do not offer "on-the-spot" adoptions. We do not adopt on a first-come, first-served basis. We do our best to match dogs with families that will be a good fit to help ensure a successful adoption. We reserve the right to decline any application for any reason. Due to the nature of our adoption process, our fosters are usually only able to consider forever families within a reasonable driving distance of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. A vet reference is required, and a trial period will be completed before finalizing the adoption. Thank you for your understanding.

Story
Luna was adopted in Jan 2023 from the local animal shelter. Over time the family dynamic has changed and with a new baby on the horizon, the family feels it's best to find her a more suitable home. She is very sweet and smart but needs extra guidance and support due to separation anxiety. She's currently on medication for her anxiety and we have seen improvements.  Luna is housebroken and crate trained. She does great with large dogs but is not a fan of small dogs (especially males). She has not been around kitties. She would do best in a home with no kiddos or older respectful kids as a house with chaos is not the best place for the guarding shepherd breeds who prefer order.  She is heartworm negative, spayed, microchipped and current on her vaccinations. All she needs now is a forever home to call her own. If you are interested in getting more information about Luna and or setting up a time/date to meet her, please complete an online application today: Adoption Application - Legacy Humane Society DOB: 1/13/2021 Weight: 66lbsWe do not have a facility to house the dogs in our program. They are all kept in foster homes until they are adopted. Therefore, if you are interested in adopting from LHS, please complete an online application at http://legacyhumanesociety.org/adoptfoster/adoption-application/ and we will contact you asap about the status of your application. Story
Harley was outside a dog park in October 2023. A kind citizen took her in and tried to find her owners, but no one ever surfaced. She is now in the LHS foster program in hopes of finding her a forever home to call her own. When Harley was found she was severely underweight and sick. She has been nursed back to health and is now a healthy, sweet, loving girl who is house-trained and knows basic commands. She is also fully crate-trained and food-motivated, making her easy to train. She does love to play and would do best in a home where the other resident pet is up for a play date, wrestle and a good game of chase. She would also do ok in a home as an only pet as well. She is great with children of all shapes and sizes. She has been spayed, is current on vaccinations, heartworm negative and microchipped. All she needs now is a forever home to call her own! If you are interested in adopted this sweet deserving girl, please complete to an online application and the foster will be in touch asap.  DOB: 10/01/2022 Weight: 45lbs  We do not have a facility to house the dogs in our program. They are all kept in foster homes until they are adopted. Therefore, if you are interested in adopting from LHS, please complete an online application at http://legacyhumanesociety.org/adoptfoster/adoption-application/ and we will contact you asap about the status of your application.
