Meet Jack! He is a gentle, playful, quiet guy who loves attention and would love to snuggle with you. He is also very athletically built and could easily participate in any activities on your agenda. He loves meeting new people and pups. He lived with cats at his first foster home. I loaded him up in the cab of my truck when I picked him up from the eastern Washington transport and he rode home with no problems. He learned how to use the dog door by watching others and is using it to go potty. He will need leash training but i think he will catch on fast. He has had all of his shots and been neutered. Meet Bree. She is a gentle giant around here. Good natured, calm and playful she is easy to hang out with inside the house and out. She has followed my escape artist out through a hole in the fence and all I had to do was call her and she came to the gate and trotted back in. So great recall and not really wanting to go and explore the world. She plays with the other dogs and checks in with me when I'm in or around the house. She has started to hang out at the barn while i'm feeding the horses. She is a little shyer than her sister Tig, but she is coming out of her shell as she grows up. Bree knows how to use a doggie door, is potty trained, she is up to date on her shots and spayed. She kennels up by herself for meals and sometimes sleeps in her lennel at night. 22 month old fully off leash, crate, e-collar, house and potty trained. Low-medium drive. High ball and high food drive. He is protective, loves swimming, fetch and is the perfect hiking buddy, he really loves hiking. Good with cats and chickens, not so good with other male dogs, except small breeds, but very good with other female dogs. He’s protective of the property and needs a fully fenced yard. We had him during the day outside in the backyard and inside during the night and cold days all day inside. He has great manners and doesn’t destroy things. He does not like being pet from strangers only from his family, loves attention. He’s not vaccinated except of the puppy shot and is in great shape and exceptional health. He’s on a raw meat diet which we purchase from local farmers, but is also used to occasional kitchen left overs and high quality kibbles. Rehoming due to moving out of state. KAYCE NEEDS A RUNNING PARTNER Kayce needs a forever home. In the last few months he has lived in a boarding facility while waiting for his forever person to find him. Before that, for almost 2yrs he has been moved around in boarding, rescue and foster homes. He’s a wonderful, loyal, smart as can be boy looking for someone that can make a commitment to him. Beautiful big boy Kayce is about 4.5yrs old and he weighs approximately 80lbs. He is a very tall boy, and he’s very athletic so a running partner would be perfect! Lots of hiking, long walks and jogging will be ideal, too. Kayce is mixed with something that gives him a curly tail. We don’t know the mix, but we do know he loves people so a large breed, shepherd experienced, social home would be best. He gets excited when he meets new people and can be very exuberant in his wiggles so no small children, please. Kayce is very selective of his female playmates and he does not like male dogs so he should be the only animal in the home. No kitties for Kayce. He is house and crate trained so he can stay home alone for a reasonable amount of time. He’s also a quiet boy that likes to relax with his person after a fun day of exercise. He can be an independent guy so he will explore and self entertain when he’s outside in a 6ft securely fenced yard. He’ll let you know when he wants to come back in by standing at the back door so he can come in to get a treat and then relax for awhile. Apollo is extremely loyal to his family members and just wants to always be within eye sight of you. He is very chill indoors until a stranger comes to the door then he gets very protective, Apollo is friendly when out in public but protective when at home. He loves to play fetch and will do it until he gets too tired. We are moving to where our family business is and it will not be a proper environment to have a dog with his distrust of strangers. He will make a terrific companion to someone who is home most of the day that maybe lives on some property where strangers don’t walk up unannounced. He’s a fantastic guard dog. He is fine with people after he gets introduced but it requires a proper introduction with him before he feels comfortable. If interested I can go more into his temperment. He truly is the sweetest dog and our family is more than sad to see him go.
