Story
2 year old male dog. Needs a home with attention and activity. Potty trained, kennel trained. We are stuck in a small space right now and he needs room to thrive. He has energy and loves hikes and the dog park. He does well one on one. He is good with other animals, but does chase the cats around. He has been good with our kid but he can play too hard with her, which is also why we are looking to rehome. His bark sounds loud and he’s on the smaller side of his breed. We have tried to make this work but it’s not fair to him. Please help us provide him a better home then we can give him. Fee is negotiable. We can provide kennel if needed, leash, collar, whatever he needs to thrive.

Story
Moby is a lovable and energetic boy who would thrive in an active home. His story is as heartwarming as it is inspiring. He was dumped at a post office along with his littermates, but his resilient spirit has never wavered. If you are looking for a loyal, fun loving companion who is always up for an adventure, Moby is ready to meet you!He has a playful side that shines when he gets to chew on his favorite toys, especially bones. He also loves to play fetch with a tennis ball! He is eager to find a forever home that can keep up with his playful energy and shower him with the love and attention he deserves.Like many rescues, he still has a few things he is working on. He can be a little nervous around men, but with patience and understanding, he continues to improve. He does best with supervision during playtime with other dogs and may be happiest as the only dog in the home. He will also need a cat and child free environment. He graduated from a month long prison program training on 4/3! He got an A+ report and learned so much from his time there. The prison offers life long training recaps after adoption which is a great way to keep up with training. He is at the shelter in Fort Lupton. If you are interested in meeting him, please submit an adoption application on our website and head to the shelter to meet this sweet boy! Please email adopt@souldog.org with any questions!
