Moby is a lovable and energetic boy who would thrive in an active home. His story is as heartwarming as it is inspiring. He was dumped at a post office along with his littermates, but his resilient spirit has never wavered. If you are looking for a loyal, fun loving companion who is always up for an adventure, Moby is ready to meet you!He has a playful side that shines when he gets to chew on his favorite toys, especially bones. He also loves to play fetch with a tennis ball! He is eager to find a forever home that can keep up with his playful energy and shower him with the love and attention he deserves.Like many rescues, he still has a few things he is working on. He can be a little nervous around men, but with patience and understanding, he continues to improve. He does best with supervision during playtime with other dogs and may be happiest as the only dog in the home. He will also need a cat and child free environment. He graduated from a month long prison program training on 4/3! He got an A+ report and learned so much from his time there. The prison offers life long training recaps after adoption which is a great way to keep up with training. He is at the shelter in Fort Lupton. Story
Spotakus (Spot) for short is a sweet, gentle, and friendly Livestock Gaurdian. He is about 2 years old and has been exposed to livestocksince birth. He's naturally shy with new people but has never shown an ounce of aggression; he's never even growled. He is the most gentle giant. True to his guardian instincts, he keeps predators away and thrives in a working environment with livestock. He has worked with sheep, a small group of cows, goats, and poultry. Spot needs a property where he can do the job he was born for and a person who will give him time, patience, and consistency. His parents are purebred, and he’s healthy, well-mannered with a ton of potential.

Story
She is a sweet, playful, cuddly dog who gets scared easily and prefers to stay close to her people. She is fully crate trained—her crate is her “bedroom.” She goes in with the command “bedroom” and waits for “release” before coming out. She sleeps in her crate at night and stays there when we’re gone. She’s great with kids and friendly with other animals. She wants to play with cats but doesn’t always know how, so she needs supervision. She sometimes tries to herd our kids, which is natural for her breed. She may nip when excited, and we are working on that. She knows “wait” for her food and won’t eat until we say “eat it.” She is still learning manners around doors (may try to run out) and people food (needs reminders to lie down during meals). She is very loving, goofy, and thrives on being close to her family.

Nala, Pyrenees/Golden Retriever, 4 ½ months. Housebroken. Nala is a little shy but wants attention it just takes her a few minutes to trust you, but otherwise she is a typical puppy. She knows the command sit. Nala must have a home with another young dog and someone home most of the time. She was surrendered with her brother because their owner could no longer take care of them. Story
Ashley is a purebred Armenian Gampr but they don't have that option on adopt a pet They are an ancient breed that is not very common in the United States, but they are very common in Southern California where there's a large Armenian population so quite a few end up at the kill shelters and even though she was very adoptable and sweet at the shelter, that shelter gives dogs and average of 15 days to find a home before they are euthanized for space. She is young, healthy and vibrant and very affectionate with every new person she meets, she is so social and just loves all humans. She is a big energetic girl and she is a lot of dog so she needs a strong owner who is confident. She has gotten along well with some of my easy going dogs but she doesn't get along with all dogs. She is a very dominant female and if any dog snapped at her age would definitely snap back. Looking for a pet home for her, we don't know if she is okay with livestock but she is not good with cats.. Please email if interested and tell me about yourself

Story
Snow is a beautiful Pyrenees mix and is believed to be approximately 1-3 years old. She is shy at first but really loves affection once she feels safe with you, she is absolutely adorable and her eyes will melt your heart! She weighs approximately 80 lbs and still needs to put on a few more pounds to be at a healthy weight. Snow came to Colorado with her sister Rain and they were both very underweight. They are thriving at their foster mom's house and are putting on weight and getting healthy and strong and are ready to be loved! We don't know much about her history but we can tell she was never socialized. Every day she gets more confident and would love to have a home of her own and someone to love her unconditionally and continue to teach her how good it is to be loved! Snow loves to play with other dogs so she will probably do best with a confident canine buddy in her future home but is not completely necessary if an adopter has lots of love to share with her. Snow loves her kennel and feels very safe in it. She sleeps through the night and naps in it during the day. She also loves food so it is easy to work with her to gain her trust. This beautiful girl is waiting patiently to find her FurEver Family and is currently being fostered with one of our dog trainers that specializes and rehabilitates shy or unsocialized dogs. Her foster mom has an amazing rehabilitation protocol to help these precious dogs and is working with all the dogs in her care on potty training, socializing with dogs and humans, kennel training, doggie door training and if time permits, leash and car training. Probably the thing Snow will need the most patience with is learning to walk on a leash. Currently it scares her but her foster mom is trying to help her with that. Since leash walking makes her nervous she will need a home with a fenced yard. There are lots of other dogs at her foster mom's house so we know she is dog friendly. Her foster doesn't have any cats but thinks she would be fine with them if introduced slowly and properly. We also think she would be fine with older / calm children. Please consider this adorable dog as a part of your family. She deserves all the kindness and will give you a lifetime of affection. Her foster mom is located in Fort Collins Colorado and wants to find a patient adopter, who is willing to do a minimum of one paid (discounted) training session with her. This training session is NOT basic obedience, but instead, is designed for rescue dogs and teaches the adopter how to work to build the dogs confidence and overcome any trauma the dog may have experienced. This training is to teach the adopter how to help the dog be successful in their new home and will help the family and this sweet dog bond and adjust to their new life together. The foster provides a discount on training to her adopters. Please apply for Snow today!!

These pups are in Fort Lupton, Colorado too!

Story
Charlie and his siblings Dennis, Dee, and Mac have an always sunny disposition. They are spunky, happy friendly and curious. Their favorite past time is hanging out by one of the ponds. They don't quite swim yet but definitely love water. Great with dogs of all sizes and with cats. Love to cuddle. Do not love being a crate though. They will each make perfect family dogs or adventure buddies for a single person or couple. They are some of the best puppies I've ever met. They were surrendered to a small rural shelter as an accidental litter. He is currently still in Oklahoma where he was rescued but he can only be adopted out of state where people treat animals well. He has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport at one of our transport drop off locations below. If things don't work out for some reason, which rarely ever happens, we will either find a local foster to take him in or he will go back to Oklahoma on our next transport until a new home is found. Story
Mac and his siblings found themselves at a small rural shelter with no foot traffic so we got them out. Mac is curious and independent and loving and adventurous. He loves water and he spends most of his day exploring the woods and ponds on the property. He is super smart too. His siblings are all fluffier than he is and look more shepherd like than he does. He has more of a heeler look in terms of coloring and shape but based on their sizes and their growth since I got them, I believe they will be big dogs. Big, happy, friendly, loving dogs. He is about 4 months old. He is currently still in Oklahoma where he was rescued but he can only be adopted out of state where people treat animals well.
