Hello, this is Fela Marie. She's a 6 year old Blackmouth Cur/ Black Lab mix. She was my Moms before coming to me. My Mom has had strokes and it's become to difficult for her to care for Fela. She loves walks and loves cuddling even more. According to her belly scratches are a required task for anyone she cuddles up with as well. Shes got a personality that you'll instantly fall in love with. She's very shy to new people but warms up quickly if there's treats involved! We have a 1 year old and are unable to take care of her and our son while working 50 hours weeks. We know she deserves someone who can give her all the love in the world so that lead us to this site. Thank you!

We adopted Jessie from the Kitsap Humane Society when she was 8 months old, now 2 years old. She has been a wonderful dog for us. Unfortunately, she is having issues now with our other dog. We believe that Jessie needs to be an only dog with her people. She gets jealous if she doesn't have all the attention. She is also food possessive. She loves to go on walks and to play fetch. She does have a lot of energy, so a good-sized yard is mandatory. She is good with older kids but because of her size she shouldn't be around a child under the age of 10. She gets excited when she meets new people and will jump on them. We are getting older and didn't expect her size or have the amount of energy she has, so we have not been able to get her out for walks as much as she needs. She is a very sweet pup, and we feel it is in her best interests to find her a new loving home where she can get all the cuddles she wants. She also learns easily and loves to get treats. She knows the sit command.

We love Mica and we would love her to stay in Seattle or even better in Kitsap County, near Bainbridge Island, where we could eventually visit her or at least be in contact if you or Mica need anything.
