Chandler is solid black with beautiful gold eyes, like Bombays. He plays hard with his buddy Mousetro for short periods of time and then seeks out affection and cuddles from the foster mom. He is sweet and laid back. He would do well with someone who is home a lot. He hasn't been around dogs or young children. He has been best buddies with Mousetro since they were only weeks old, so we'd like to see them go to the same home. Chandler is currently in a foster home. Animal Services has new operating hours! We will now be open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm and closed Friday through Sunday. In addition to these hours, we will be available after-hours, including Fridays and Saturdays, by appointment. Along with our new hours, all Wednesday adoptions are now by appointment only to allow our staff more time to prepare for Thursday vax-shacks and surgery days.Adoption fees for all animals are $125.00 (unless otherwise noted), which includes vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip, and HW Test for dogs. He also loves his fancy water fountain, though he’ll never turn down a good old-fashioned sip from the tap. I’m looking to rehome Bartleby due to some life changes—family allergies and plans to travel—but this hilarious little shadow deserves a home where he’ll get all the laughs, love, and attention he gives in return. 💝
