Roughly 90% of our dogs are adopted prior to their transport up to MA and 10% are adopted locally.Meet Riddle! Riddle is approximately 5 years old, 22 lbs at the moment, and he may have some Border Collie in his mix. In his foster home, Max is doing great with his house-training, crate-training, and working hard on his leash walking. He could join households with kids 10+, other dogs, and dog-savvy cats.His foster says, `Riddle is very sweet and eager to please! He loves his dog friends and leaves the cats alone as they please! He doesn’t care much for toys in the house but would love to chase after a frisbee! He knows how to sit, but struggles to do so when he is so excited to see you and his friends! He needs a confident K9 friend who will play with him until they both get tired and can cuddle to their hearts content! He can be vocal some when first put in his crate, but he settles down rather quickly and is quiet the rest of the time! He even does well with towels and beds in his crate and has not made any messes in his crate or in the house. He would love to be your next best friend, but even more your lonely dog who needs a friend!`He is available for adoption in N Dartmouth in 11/9. These adorable puppies are looking for their happily ever after! Duncan and siblings were brought to our sister rescue in Louisiana after being born to a Border Collie mama. Their dad is unknown, but we do know that these little ones are full of puppy love, curiosity, and plenty of cuddles! They are 9 weeks old and are ready to start their next chapter with loving families. There are 4 males and 3 females in the litter, and they will be available for adoption September 14, 2026, following their health exams. He has been in foster care for several months patiently waiting for his forever home while he heals from a significant abrasion to his foot, but true to his breed and his resilient spirit, Palmer is ready for a lifetime companion. He loves leash walks, but sometimes his exuberance can be a bit overwhelming but we are sure that with consistency and regular walks, he will learn to be a perfect walking companion. He’s an intelligent dog who thrives with loving, consistent discipline and clear guidance. We adopted him as a rescue dog when he was younger and were told he is a Border Collie/Australian Shepherd mix, although this has not been confirmed. He is now 3.5 years old and is incredibly sweet, loving, playful, energetic, affectionate, and loyal. He has lots of love to give and enjoys being active and playing, but he can also be anxious. We are looking for a loving, patient home that can provide him with plenty of exercise, attention, and mental stimulation. Because of his energy level and anxiety, we feel he would do best in a home without young children and preferably without other pets. We want to find a home that is a better fit for his needs, where he can feel comfortable, safe, and loved.
