Confident and social, she absolutely loves a good wrestling session with other dogs. Pixel strikes a wonderful balance between independence and affection: she’s happy to keep herself entertained, but will always circle back for cuddles.Pixel is friendly with every dog she meets, though her enthusiasm may be a bit much for dogs who don’t enjoy active play. She hasn’t been tested with children or cats yet, but given her sweet demeanor, she’d likely do well in a home with older children and dog savvy cats.This smart cookie has already mastered house training and does great in a crate for a few hours at a time. At night, she sleeps on a dog bed in her foster’s room. Pixel has access to a fenced in backyard and, despite limited experience with long leash walks, has done very well on short outings and trips to the veterinarian. She enjoys bursts of active play followed by periods of relaxation and independent entertainment. With continued structure and consistency, Pixel is learning how to channel her energy in positive and rewarding ways.If you’re looking for a bundle of joy wrapped in fur, look no further. Mabel is a cute ball of floof with the best personality. LOVES kids and other dogs. Her breed mix is a total mystery. Southern partners say border collie mix.....???? Maybe a large breed something or other in there based on face coloring.... we don't know. She is a pleasant fun puppy who loves to snuggle with the kids. Play with the other dogs. Just adorable. She's 10 weeks and around 8 pounds at the end of March. Making her way to Massachusetts end of April. www.sunnypawsrescue.org

This phenomenal girl is LadyBug!! She's about 11 months old and 37 lbs. She'll be a mid size pup when grown. She APPEARS to be a Border Collie mix. This girl is FANTASTIC with other dogs. She ADORES kids. She doesn't jump on you. She's EXTREMELY smart. She's as sweet as they come and FIERCELY LOYAL to her people. *** LadyBug will chase cats. Cody's a great dog full of energy and always wants to play. He loves the outdoors and once he knows you he will follow you everywhere. He is house trained and will let you know when he needs to go outside. I would like to find a good a home for him with someone that is experienced dog owner, has a yard so he can run around and play. I will happily bring him out to meet you for a formal introduction. My schedule is hectic so I feel sad that I don't have as much time for him as before. He is loving and carrying he is like family so he needs the same love and carrying from his new family.

Louie is about 5 years old and originally from Houston, TX. A neighbor put him out on the street because he was considered “too much trouble,” and we took him in. He has been with our family for about 4 years. Louie is neutered, microchipped, and has had basic training. Unfortunately, my mom was recently diagnosed with lung cancer, and as painful as this decision is, we are no longer able to care for our dogs the way they deserve. Louie is very active and loves going on walks and running. He’s also a great climber. He does well with kids( I have a toddler and a baby). He will bark when he needs to go outside to relieve himself. He is still working on recall and tends to pull on the leash during walks. Louie already has a groomer he is comfortable with, and if you are local, we would love for him to continue seeing her since he is used to her. We are hoping to find a loving and active family or individual who will have the time to take him on walks, hikes, and give him the attentio

Hunter--SUCH A HAPPY FACE!!'s Story Hunter is an athletic, curious, and smart dog. He is independent and would do best in a home without other pets. Hunter is an adult dog, but he has had a rough start to life. He was very sick and barely alive when he was found by animal control, but he pulled through! Now he is ready to find a home where he can get lots of love and affection. Hunter is a strong and tough dog who has proven to be a survivor. He is stubborn and independent, but also very loving. He is looking for a home where he can be the only dog and receive lots of attention from his humans. If you think you could give Hunter the loving home he deserves, please contact the rescue organization to find out more about adopting him.
