Meet Enid — the Little Border Collie Mix With the Biggest Heart Female • 3-4 month old • Border Collie mix • Enid is a gentle, loving sweetheart who is finally getting to experience what it feels like to be safe, cared for, and adored. Now she’s ready to take the next step: finding her forever family. From the moment you meet her, Enid melts right into you. She adores people of all ages—kids, adults, seniors, men, women… she loves everyone. Her favorite place in the world is on a warm lap, soaking up cuddles or chewing a toy while snuggled in close. She’s incredibly affectionate and happiest when she’s with her humans. What Enid Loves:• Playing outside—especially chasing leaves and doing zoomies• Snuggles, belly rubs, and being held• Chasing balls and playing with toys• Treats (she’s very treat-motivated!)• Playing with other dogs—she would LOVE a canine best friend• Meeting new people and making new friends Her Puppy Talents:• Puppy-pad trained and sleeps through the night in her crate• Learning leash walking (doing great practicing in the yard!)• Not a big barker• No resource guarding, no “bad” behaviors• Travels fine on short trips• Working on “stay” and learning “sit” Enid’s Personality:Enid is curious, social, joyful, and incredibly sweet. She loves to explore, greet new friends, play ball, and curl up on your lap immediately afterward. She’s playful and energetic like any happy puppy, but she also settles beautifully for cuddles and quiet time. Story
Meet Xavier! This handsome 13–14 week old Border Collie mix is as sweet as he is energetic! Rescued and now learning all about love, Xavier is thriving in his foster home and charming everyone with his goofy, lovable personality. One of his most adorable traits? When you reach down to pet him, he flops onto the ground like a happy little puddle, all ready for belly rubs and kisses. Xavier is: Playful & high energy Working on house training Sweet, affectionate, and loves people Kid-friendly Crate trained He absolutely LOVES other dogs and is always trying to get the resident pups to play! Because of this, he would truly benefit from a home with another playful dog who can match his puppy enthusiasm and help him burn off all those zoomies. A fenced yard would be awesome for him, but not required — Xavier would do great with active adopters who enjoy walks and outdoor adventures. He hasn’t started leash training yet (his foster uses a fenced yard), so his new family should be ready to help him learn. He’s super smart, so he’ll pick it up quickly with a little patience! Xavier is up to date on age-appropriate vaccines and a neuter deposit is required. He is being fostered in Mays Landing, NJ and is available for adoption in NJ and surrounding areas. If you’re looking for a happy, loyal, goofy, cuddle-loving pup who makes every day brighter, Xavier just might be your perfect match. https://peytonsplaceanimalrescue.org/adoption-application ##2589298##

Story
Meet Gomez – The Goofy, Bouncy, Big-Hearted Border Collie Mix Pup! Age: 12 weeks • Fostered near Blackwood, NJ   If you’re looking for a happy, wiggly ball of joy to brighten your days, Gomez is your guy! This sweet little pup came to us from a tough situation, but thanks to lots of love and care, he’s healthy, thriving, and SO ready for his forever family.   Gomez is everything you could want in a puppy: Playful, energetic, and endlessly fun Smart and eager to learn (hello, Border Collie/Aussie vibes!) Sweet, cuddly, and loves people   He’s a mixed mystery in the cutest way — we think Border Collie + Aussie + maybe even a little Beagle… but who really knows? All we do know is he’s 100% adorable.  He is around 12-15 lbs currently and best guess is that they will be in the 25-30 lb range when full grown.     Gomez would do best with an active family who can keep up with his puppy zoomies, brain games, and snuggle sessions. He’s vaccinated, microchipped, and will require a neuter deposit upon adoption.   Not ready to adopt? Gomez would love a foster home too! If you can give this sweet boy a safe place to land until his perfect family finds him, he’ll repay you with endless tail wags and puppy kisses.   Ready to meet this little superstar? https://peytonsplaceanimalrescue.org/adoption-application/ ##2559554##
