I am shy at first, but once you gain my trust I am extremely loving and cuddly. I am also very loyal, I will follow you wherever you go! I don’t do well with other dogs right away, I need someone who will take the time to let me warm up to other dogs by going on pack walks. I have been able to make other dog friends by doing this! I will do best in a home with no other animals. I LOVE to go on adventures, especially paddle boarding and hiking. On-leash days in Millcreek canyon are my favorite because I’m able to enjoy the outdoors without other dogs getting in my space! I also love the snow, I could roll and play in it all day long! He gets anxious about being separated. Although, he is dominant, and isn`t potty trained very well because he has the urge to mark his territory. He knows the sit command and is a friendly puppy. He has never lived with children, but could so if they are respectful children. He previously lived with another dog and they got along well. He did not do well around the chickens in his previous home. OBSERVED BY SHELTER STAFF:Andy is a sweetheart! He would do best in a home that has a yard due to his high energy level and breed.
