MEET IVYJAMES, The Cuddle King Survivor, ready for his forever home During a brutal 100+ degree heatwave, Ivy was left dumped on a road, weak and on the verge of death. Thanks to quick action and a lot of love, he made a full recovery and has spent the last months thriving in a temporary home. Now, this amazing pup is officially ready to find his true forever family! Our vet estimates Ivy is a young 3 to 4 years old (despite the little gray hairs on his face!). He is fully up-to-date on all of his shots, heartworm-negative, completely potty-trained, crate-trained, microchipped and neutered. He’s a small Boston terrier mix. The Best Boy Checklisti: Ultimate Snuggler: Ivy is a true cuddle king. If you are sitting down, he wants to be right there. Family Friendly: He does wonderfully with both kids and other dogs! Perfect Pace: He loves short walks and going on little adventures, making him the ideal balance of an active companion and a professional couch potato. Rocky is a 5 year old Boston Terrier that weighs about 31lbs. He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, and on heart worm prevention. Rocky is ready to meet his forever family! In his spare time, he enjoys sunbathing, chasing squirrels, naps, and cuddles. He is the perfect companion, as he enjoys playing, but then wants to snuggle up with his humans when the opportunity arises. Rocky is your typical boston inside and out! He does well with children of all ages. He has done well in his foster home with senior dogs that are docile and easy going. We dont think he would do well in a home with an alpha dog. He is also house trained. If youre looking for a whole lotta boston boy, Rocky may be your match! Our adorable, busy, fun. goofy, affectionate 1.5 year old Boston terrier under 20 pounds. She needs an experienced adopter who understand how medically fragile this breed can become. From her foster mom: We absolutely love Newt! She's incredibly goofy, full of personality, and one of the most affectionate dogs we ever met. When she first arrived, she was a little possessive of her toys and food, but our other dogs helped correct those behaviors in a calm, non-aggressive way, and she has responded really well. She has been playful with every dog she has met so far, regardless of size, and we haven't seen any signs of aggression toward other dogs. The only exception is birds, especially chickens, which she definitely does not like. Beyond that, she's been a joy to have around. Newt has one of the biggest personalities of any dog Ive ever known and doesn't seem to understand the concept of personal space. She loves being close to her people and is always ready to make you laugh with her silly antics.
