Her DNA shows she’s mostly a Boston Terrier / Spaniel mix, with a little bit of other breeds sprinkled in. She’s the perfect size for playing, cuddling, and everyday adventures. She’s great with children, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and absolutely loves to play. Billie enjoys going for walks and has a happy, playful personality that makes her a joy to be around. She’s about 90% house trained—just the occasional accident, like most dogs. Billie’s previous family had her since birth but sadly could no longer keep her, so she’s lost the only home she’s ever known. Now she’s hoping someone special will step in and give her the lifetime of love and security she deserves. Unfortunately, her family did not keep her on heartworm prevention, and she did test heartworm positive. The good news is she tested negative in May, so the worm load is believed to be very low. Jessie was dumped and some nice people saw her on the county road. They knew that she would die out there so they brought her home. She is living in a barn because their dogs are older and not happy with her presence. She is good with other dogs and loves playing where the resident dogs do not - thus the problem. She weighs 25 lbs and they think she is a mix of a Boston Terrier and a Jack Russell Terrier but just a guess. She is super cute,She's very sweet and smart; she just wants to play and is active. She has been in this situation for 2 months and getting lonely. The finders do not want to take her to a shelter. She's probably a year and a half - vet said she's lost all her baby teeth. 25 lbs.
