Story
Hi, I’m George, a laid-back, go-with-the-flow kind of guy who’s ready for a fresh start.  I’m about 1 year old and about 39 lbs of pure love bug.  I am the best snuggler ever! I love being around my people so much that I don’t like sharing but I’m getting much better . I would prefer a small,  submissive sibling. I have a lot of energy & due to my size older  kiddos would be better. I’m house trained and leash trained and not dog reactive on my walks. , I do not like being in a kennel,  I’ve had enough of those, but I’m OK with a baby gate in a small area. I’m not destructive when left out ! Oh yes! I absolutely love car rides! I  love treats & very motivated by them so training is much easier! My  perfect home is one where I won’t be left alone much—I just want to feel safe, loved and  be with you . I would be fine as an only dog too.  No cats or small critters, I like them too much.  If you have room in your heart for a sweet, resilient pup, I’d love to meet you! My adoption fee is $425.  Thank you for supporting our rescue efforts! If you are interested in any of our Boston Terriers or would like to be eligible to adopt a Boston Terrier through our rescue in the future, please fill out an application. Story
Hi, I’m Forrest! If you’re looking for a best friend who’s equal parts goofball and cuddlebug—that’s me! I’m an 9-month-old Boston Terrier boy with a heart full of love and legs made for zooming. I adore people, dogs, kids—basically anyone who wants to play or snuggle. I might be all wiggles and smiles now, but I didn’t have the easiest start in life. I had some medical issues early on, and thanks to BTRNT and a life-changing surgery, I’m finally feeling like the happy, playful pup I was always meant to be. I do pee a little differently now because of that surgery—but it doesn’t slow me down one bit or change how I live my life. I’m just as joyful, energetic, and loving as ever. I love toys! I’ve never met a toy I didn’t love. Squeaky, bouncy, chewy—you name it, I’m into it. I’m also a big fan of treats (hint hint), which helps with training. I’m crate trained, walk great on a leash, and I’m super smart—but I’m still a puppy, so I’ll need a family who’s patient and ready to keep helping me learn. I love being outdoors—running in the yard, splashing in water, going on walks. I’d be happiest in a home with a fenced yard and maybe even a doggy sibling to play with. I’m great with kids, too. I would love an active family who sees me for the joyful, resilient little guy I am. I’ve got so much love to give, and I’m ready to share it with someone who’ll cheer me on as I keep growing into my best self. My adoption fee is $500. Story
Hi there! I’m Roy, your soon-to-be favorite little whirlwind of joy! I’m a 7-month-old Boston Terrier puppy bursting with energy, curiosity, and the kind of snuggly sweetness that makes hearts melt. Life is just one big adventure for me—whether I’m zipping around the yard, chasing after toys, or investigating every single blade of grass like it holds ancient secrets. I get especially wiggly when I see you—it’s hard not to when you’re my favorite part of the day! I’m great with kids and other dogs, and I think playdates should be a daily event. I may not have all my manners down just yet (I’m still working on potty training and figuring out which things are actually chew toys), but I promise I’ll try my best—especially if you’re the kind of person who’s patient and kind, and maybe willing to hold my paw when I get a little unsure. At the end of a busy day full of zoomies and exploration, there’s nothing I love more than curling up next to you for a good cuddle. If you’re looking for a best friend who will grow with you, learn from you, and fill your home with giggles, tail wags, and unconditional love, then I’m your guy. My adoption fee is $500. Story
Hi, I’m Bodine — your next best friend with a squishy face and an even squishier heart! I’m an estimated 1-2 year-old Boston Terrier, weighing in at a sturdy 26 pounds of pure charm and wiggles. The moment I walked into my foster home, I greeted the crew (three doggy siblings and one chill cat) like we’d been lifelong pals. Turns out, friendship is kinda my superpower. I’ve got energy for days and a real soft spot for playtime — especially with my fellow Boston buddy! We can romp around for hours, and honestly, I wouldn’t mind a forever home where there’s a canine playmate waiting to be my tag team partner. Between zoomies and tug-of-war, I’m all in. Don’t let my playful streak fool you — I’m a Grade-A cuddler. I love snuggling up after a fun day, melting into your arms like I was made for cozy moments. I’m crate trained and leash trained, so I come with a solid foundation. The car makes me a little nervous (who designed those things anyway?), but I’m working on it. Walks? Count me in. Adventures? Yes, please. All I need now is a family who loves being active, knows how to dish out good cuddles, and maybe has a fun-loving pup who’s ready to be my bestie. Can’t wait to meet you — I’ve got a wag and a snuggle with your name on it. My adoption fee is $425. NOT READY UNTIL EARLY AUGUST. Story
Hi! My name is TJ and oh boy do I love to play ball! I am a very loving and happy 36 pound 5 year old boy. I am housetrained and crate trained. I have lots of energy and would love a home with an active family. Because of my energy, my foster mom says older kids might be best for me. I am selective of my doggie friends so, I would do best with a home without dogs. My ideal family would be one who loves to play with me and are looking for a handsome, gentle boy. The most important thing in my life is finding my forever home and family. MUST BE ONLY DOG. My adoption fee is $325. Story
Hi there!  My name is Mickey, I’m about 5  years old and weigh 27 pounds.  I’m a smart, charming guy, and very focused!  My foster mom says I am very athletic and have a ton of personality, and so handsome… that makes my blush!  At this time my trainer feels it would be best for me to be an only dog.   I’m crate trained and leash trained.  I need a home without children, older teens may be okay. Must have a home with fenced yard, no apartment.  I am looking for an active owner or couple who will want to do lots of things with me, but is also very patient and will continue my training.  My adoption fee is $325.  NO YOUNG CHILDREN. ADOPTERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO TAKE SEVERAL TRAINING SESSIONS WITH MICKEY IN MCKINNEY WITH THE RESCUE TRAINERS PRIOR TO ADOPTING TO CONTINUE WITH MICKEYS SUCCESS. If you are interested in any of our Boston Terriers or would like to be eligible to adopt a Boston Terrier through our rescue in the future, please fill out an application.
