Story
Hi, my name is Beauty and I am about 10 years old, a bigger gal (shhh... about 34 pounds). I am a casual and low-key girl, looking for a home to spend my days relaxing and chilling with my people. Wherever I live, I might need to be the only dog, or be with very laid back others, and I will do just fine! I am very submissive with my people, and I live to please! I do well in a large crate if I need to be home alone. I had surgery to repair one of my hind legs and because of arthritis in that leg, I am not the kind to go for “long walks on the ‘beach’” (er, I guess since this is Texas, it would be the sidewalk!), and I don’t care for stairs or hard floors that might be slippery, but I make up for my special requests in my cuteness and great companionship! I can't jump up on furniture or get off of the couch if you have helped me up to lay with you. I do well in the car if you ever wanna take me places, though! My eyes were very bad and hurt me so they were removed by the kind vet and I feel much better now. I also have a habit now of walking on three legs as my one leg with arthritis hurts me from time to time. I would love to find a home where my person or people are home a lot or can take me places with them. My adoption fee is $75. NEEDS TO BE AN ONLY DOG AND NO YOUNG CHILDREN, NEEDS BACKYARD.If you are interested in any of our Boston Terriers or would like to be eligible to adopt a Boston Terrier through our rescue in the future, please fill out an application.
