Chavo is two years old, he is a fun, loving, energetic, and goofy little guy. He’s great around people but he is also very reactive around unknown people or objects. He’s super loving and makes the best companion, there’s nevere dull moment with him. He was a gift to me as a puppy but unfortunately I am not able to provide him the life he deserves to live. Therefore I’m looking for a safe and loving home that will help him live his best life possible.

I’ve actually completed a professional board-and-train program, so yes—I’ve got some skills. I’m potty trained, eager to please, and love showing off just how clever I am. I’m also the queen of dress-up and absolutely adore kids. Give me a tutu, a cape, or a crown, and I’ll happily strut my stuff right alongside your little ones. Now, full disclosure: no small pets for me. I like to keep my world simple. With other dogs, I do best with proper introductions, just to make sure we’re all on the same page. I did have a rough start in life, but thanks to my rescue, I’m now healthier, happier, and living better than ever. I’m spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and ready to roll. This super-smart girl is kennel trained, potty trained, and good with small animals – including cats! Mia is good with most dogs (after a slow intro), but large dogs and high-energy dogs will not make great long-term companions. The dog park scene is much too chaotic for Mia, and she much prefers quietly lounging in her own private backyard. Yard time is a must for this sunbathing queen! At the end of the day (or whenever you’re away), Mia prefers the peace and comfort of her kennel. The structure of kennel-time helps settle Mia’s mind when she’s alone. Mia thrives in a structured environment where she knows exactly what to expect. We don’t know much about Mia’s past, but it’s clear she was abused and came to us with trust issues. The cool thing about Mia is that she wants to trust and looks to her people for guidance in situations that make her uncomfortable. She is very handler-motivated and excellent at listening to verbal cues.
