She is quiet (we’ve never heard her bark), well-mannered, obedient, and not destructive. Although she can be a little shy at first, she warms up quickly. Layla is very affectionate and loves to cuddle. She would be a wonderful addition to a family and even has the potential to become a service dog due to her calm and gentle nature. She would love a home with a yard and preferably another furry sibling to play with, though that’s not required. Layla is crate trained, about 80% potty trained, and does great with kids, cats, and other dogs. If you’re looking for a loving, easygoing companion, Layla may be the perfect match! She has had 2 vet visits, is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated - including Bordetella, had a 4 DX test (testing for Heartworm, Lyme disease and two types of tick-borne illnesses), flea/tick/heartworm prevention (Nexgard Plus), two dewormings, and fecal test. Adopters will receive all original paperwork, a 14-day health guarantee, a collar, harness, leash, seatbelt lock, and a week's worth of food, toys & a bone. Brynn is a very energetic 5 year old pitbull terrier mix. She is a big cuddler and is smart and knows a lot of tricks. She has a beautiful brindle coat and is about 50 lbs. I rescued her from a shelter 3 years ago. We have gone on many adventures together, camping and hiking all over the US. Unfortunately my life circumstances have made it difficult to provide the type of care and attention that she needs. I have a young daughter and travel a lot for work, and I'm not able to give her as much attention. She needs a home that can provide a loving environment, and she needs a very active lifestyle. She needs to exercise daily and loves the outdoors. She loves to run and play fetch, go hiking or go for car rides, and even swimming. She is not great with other dogs, but has never had any issues with people, including babies. She needs to be kept on leash or she may run away.
