I’m reaching out to see if you can help rehome Dolly, a two-year-old female Shepherd/Boxer mix. She is spayed, up to date on her vaccinations, and housebroken. Dolly’s owner recently had twins and, unfortunately, is no longer able to give her the time and attention she deserves. This is a difficult decision for the family, and we are hoping to find Dolly a loving and responsible forever home. Dolly is a sweet and loving girl who enjoys playing, spending time with people, and simply being part of the family. Hi, I’m Spinderella! I’m the kind of girl who met people at the shelter and somehow left with an entire fan club. Volunteers at Chicago Animal Care and Control called me a sweetheart, a gentle little nugget, ridiculously cute, and even a “baby seal.” One volunteer said it best: it’s hard to understand how anyone could meet me and not want to take me home. Life clearly wasn’t very kind to me before rescue, but you’d never know it from the way I treat people. I’m incredibly sweet and gentle, and now that I’m safe with Angel Dog Alliance, I’m finally getting the care I need. I also have one very important request for my future family: please consider a kiddie pool. I absolutely love the water, and watching me happily splash around might become your new favorite thing. Hi, I’m Bruce! I’m currently in California, but I’m ready to travel when my family finds me. I was found as a stray and given just a two-day hold before I was scheduled for euthanasia. My owner knew where I was but wasn’t coming to get me. Thankfully, ADA did. Now that I’m safe, I’m showing everyone exactly who I am—a friendly, sweet, goofy guy who loves people. I have a big smile, silly energy, and that lovable Dogo Argentino-type goofiness that makes people laugh. I’m also a big fan of food. Meals, treats, snacks—I’m interested, which definitely comes in handy when it’s time to get my attention or teach me something. And apparently, I’m a pool guy. Give me a kiddie pool, and I’m more than happy to splash around and enjoy myself. I’m a strong boy, so I’ll need someone comfortable handling some muscle and willing to give me regular exercise, structure, and guidance. My skin is looking good now, although I may have had some irritation in the past, so it’s something my family should continue to keep an eye on. I had two days and an owner who wasn’t coming back for me. Now I have another chance, a kiddie pool to splash in, and hopefully a family out there who will choose me for good. I’m Bruce.
