Story
Meet Roscoe! He boxer/ labador mix and will be 7 on September 4th. He’s very lovable. Has been raised around children from newborn to teens and other dogs. He has had some small interactions with cats never a problem. Roscoe loves to play. He has not been diagnosed with separation anxiety however he tends to show signs once he’s attached to a person. His rabies are due June 10, 2027. He does get excited and at times he will have the Zumiez when he’s outside, which will cause problems with his back knee and he’ll start to favor that a little bit cause it’s so sore that looked at it no damage, but just his breed, he says it’s common joints and hip chews do help. He sees Blackhawk Vet in Janesville Wisconsin.

Story
Meet Dumpling: The Queen of the SplootLooking for a low drama, go with the flow best friend? Allow us to introduce Dumpling, a 5 year old, 55 pound bully mix with a heart as big as her adorable smile.Dumpling is the definition of an easy companion. Whether you're spending the day lounging on the couch, going for a leisurely walk, or hanging out in the back yard, she's happy just being part of whatever you're doing. She's sweet, affectionate, and hands out kisses like it's her full time job.Her signature move? The world class sploot. She's proudly earned the title of Queen of the Sploot, and she'll happily demonstrate her impressive lounging skills whenever the opportunity arises.Dumpling is crate trained, housebroken, and has lovely house manners. She's mostly deaf, but don't let that fool you, it doesn't slow her down one bit. She navigates life beautifully and thrives with routine, love, and positive guidance. She gets along well with people and would likely do great with respectful children. She enjoys calm, laid back dog friends around her own size, but proper introductions are important. Because she has some resource guarding with other animals, she'd do best with experienced adopters who can manage feeding and high value items appropriately. She is not a good fit for a home with cats. When bedtime rolls around, Dumpling is perfectly content curling up on a dog bed, although we're pretty sure she'd be thrilled to upgrade to a cozy spot next to her favorite humans. If you're looking for a loyal companion who's affectionate without being demanding, playful without being wild, and happy to match your pace, Dumpling just might be your perfect match.Come meet this sweet girl. You'll quickly discover why everyone falls in love with our Queen of the Sploot.Albert's Dog Lounge is a specialty rescue focusing primarily on senior and special needs dogs. Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit, and then a meet and greet with the dog.
