Introducing Celeste! This affectionate and sweet tempered beauty is ready to join your home. She may be shy at first, but once she's settled in expect her to talk your ear off and demand pets and cuddles on the regular. Will do well with other kitties once she's been properly introduced, and may accept a well behaved dog. Older children might be okay, younger children not advised. Potential adopters can meet Celeste at her foster's home. Contact Kat at wildkatrescue@gmail.com to set up an appointment. Thank you for considering a rescued kitten!! HALO's cats and kittens can be seen at Pet Food Express in Antioch and Clayton. Please check ahead to see which store the kitty you are interested in will be at. Please bring your own carrier! Antioch hours are every Saturday and Sunday 10am-1:30pm (except the third Saturday, we do not have an adoption event). Antioch store is located at 5829 Lone Tree Way, Suite B, Antioch, CA. One of our favorite things to do is find spring and crinkle ball toys, toss them in the bathtub, and play soccer. I love interactive play, enjoy lots of petting, and often drift off to sleep next to people. I get along wonderfully with my brother Geno and all other foster animals. We love curling up together and sleeping with our foster mom. Laramie and her brother Geno are positive for Feline Coronavirus (FCoV) which is a common virus in cats; they have no symptoms and require no medication. Because the virus is transmissible between cats Geno and Laramie should be the only cats in the home. This virus does not transmit to dogs or humans. Callie is almost 6 years old, she is on the smaller side. Her mom was a Maine coon and her dad was a regular orange tabby cat. She will need some time to adjust, but when she does she would want to cuddle. She been an indoor cat her entire life. Another thing about her is that she generally likes the male owner more than the female owners. Gets along with other cats. Skittish with loud and abrupt noises. Often will plop down when you call and approach her. After petting, she will tend to scurry off.
