Story
Charlotte was born last August to a family that didn’t give her much attention. Then she was brought to a local shelter where she was very scared. Since coming to The Cottage she has begun to feel comfortable. She likes her kitty friends and loves to be able to hang out in the catio. She has begun to trust people and likes pets. If interested in this kitty or and of our other cats please fill out an interest form at kittycottagesanctuary.org/adoptions-interest-formJune 12, 2025, 8:34 pm

Story
Meet SPAM! This handsome man came into TCHS as a stray, so not much is known of his past. On arrival, SPAM had several wounds including his paw pads, rear legs, ears, and tail due to suspected severe frostbite. He spent some time in foster care to heal before he was ready for adoption. Spam was exposed to other cats and large dogs in his foster home, though they did not directly meet. He did not seem to mind the presence of the other animals. Slow and proper introductions are still recommended whenever introducing a new animal to the home. Spam has quickly been stealing the hearts of staff members with his loving personality. He loves getting attention and can be heard purring after just glancing at him. He will roll around for your attention and follow you around more! Come meet this sweet man today! *Adoption holds may be placed on available animals in person or by calling (320) 252-0896. An adoption hold reserves available animals for one day after the animal is ready to be adopted. More than one adoption hold may be placed on an available animal and will be honored in the order they were received. Adoption holds are $25 plus tax, are non-refundable, non-transferable and not applied toward the adoption fee. **Minnesota sales tax and an administrative fee ($20 for cats/dogs and $10 for small animals) will be applied to all adoptions. Donations and adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter surgeries, microchipping, vaccinating, deworming, any medical procedures, and general care of all shelter animals. Story
Meet Sherbert! He has been described as independent, playful, and sometimes lazy. Sherbert has not lived with other cats or dogs but isn't a fan when he sees them outside. We think he would do best as a solo kitty. He has lived with children and usually keeps to himself. All introductions should be slow and proper when bringing home new animals. Ask staff for tips! He enjoys an occasional trip outdoors and would love supervised time outside or in a catio. Does he sound like a good fit for your family? He should be fed measured portions of a high-quality cat food to help him maintain an appropriate weight and long-term health. Any necessary supplies or toys can be purchased from the TCHS Re-Tail Shoppe. Come meet him today! *Adoption holds may be placed on available animals in person or by calling (320) 252-0896. Story
Reggie is a very sweet and affectionate young gentleman who adores cuddling up with his favorite human. He has a playful side, too, and enjoys supervised outdoor time as well as chasing and batting around his favorite toy balls. Reggie thrives in calm, patient environments and does best when new friends, pets, or spaces are introduced slowly. This charming boy will fill your days with gentle snuggles, playful moments, and a whole lot of love. With the right introductions and a loving, attentive home, Reggie is ready to become a devoted companion and a cherished member of your family. He should be fed measured portions of a high-quality cat food to help him maintain an appropriate weight and long-term health.
