Meet Dotty! <3 Dotty and her mom, Delilah, were found abandoned at a farm and turned over to Rescue. Dotty, a beautiful calico, was born around May 2020. She is quiet, affectionate on her terms with trusted people, and avoidant of strangers. Dotty enjoys window watching and playing with wand toys as long as there is no competition. She is on the passive side and really enjoys Delilah’s companionship. Dotty likes a little bit of petting and brushing. She does not like being picked up and prefers to sit near you. She gets along with most cats. Dotty has not met dogs, nor kids under age nine, but if they are gentle and quiet she will be fine. Are you the patient person willing to give her time to trust and blossom? This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax. She’ll investigate, strategize, and maneuver until she finds her way in. Curiosity may have gotten the cat, but Ahsoka considers it more of a personal mission. She also takes her training seriously. Ahsoka is incredibly agile and quite accomplished on the cat exercise wheel. Whether she’s working on her Jedi reflexes or just getting her cardio in, this girl has some skills. Ahsoka generally gets along with other cats, but she has a confident personality and can have a bit of an attitude. With another female, she’d likely want to play the dominant role. A laid-back male who’s content to let Ahsoka believe she’s running the galaxy would probably make her best feline companion. Toni and Gumdrop are two affectionate kittens looking for their forever home!These two are the dynamic duo you didn’t know you needed! Toni is a 6 month old, energetic grey kitten that likes to be around her human friends. Gumdrop is an 11 month old calico with lots of love to give! Toni’s day consists of playing, sleeping, and rough housing with Gumdrop. They are very close and make a perfect pair! Gumdrop’s hind legs are limited with running and jumping and she deals with daily sneezing. But this won’t stop her from climbing stairs and getting around just fine — she is healthy in all other respects! When it’s time for a rest, these two will happily settle down for a nap to recharge.Toni and Gumdrop currently live in a foster home with two adults. Location: St Paul, MN Looking for a spunky, energetic kitten?! Cari is your girl! When she first arrived, she was pretty sick, but after a quick visit to the vet and the necessary meds, Cari was feeling better almost immediately! It wasn't long before her brave, energetic personality really began to shine! You may notice her right eye looks a little different. This is a temporary effect of the severe upper respiratory infection she had when she arrived in our care, but it should resolve on its own now that Cari has finished her meds and is feeling like a healthy kitten again! Cari is a very playful and social girl. She loves being around people and even better if they are up for a play session! She is obsessed with her crinkle ball, but can make a toy out of literally anything... whether you like it or not :) This includes fingers and toes... but we are working on redirecting her with actual toys when that happens! For this reason, older children may be a better fit for her. She has even found dog toys to be equally as fun as cat toys! Cari has been living with 3 dogs and 3 cats. She LOVES to play with one of our foster dogs. They have become really great friends! She even likes to nap near him. So safe to say she is dog friendly! She has been very hesitant about meeting the resident cats, but with time and proper introductions, I think she could do well with a friendly, playful feline companion. Cari plays to her heart's content, which also means she works up quite an appetite! Cari is a huge fan of meal time and doesn't appear to be picky! She loves it all! So no fighting with this one when it comes to choosing what's for dinner. That's a huge win in our book! She also does really well with being picked up and carried. And when she wants to be put down, she will certainly let you know with her big girl meow! Once and awhile, mainly at bedtime, she will curl up and snuggle with us humans for a little bit which is a real treat. She’s still getting comfortable being around people, but she’s come a long way. While still shy, she will join you on the couch for playtime and in bed for sleeptime! I believe she would do best in a home with another cat. She loves her sister, Melon, but she’s just as likely to cuddle with the resident cats. She’s affectionate with the resident dog so I think she would do fine with dogs after slow introductions.
