Charlotte was born last August to a family that didn’t give her much attention. Then she was brought to a local shelter where she was very scared. Since coming to The Cottage she has begun to feel comfortable. She likes her kitty friends and loves to be able to hang out in the catio. She has begun to trust people and likes pets. Story
3 yr, 5 months Dotty and her mom, Delilah, were found abandoned at a farm and turned over to Rescue. Dotty, a beautiful calico, was born around May 2020. She is quiet, affectionate on her terms with trusted people, and avoidant of strangers. Dotty enjoys window watching and playing with wand toys as long as there is no competition. She is on the passive side and really enjoys Delilah’s companionship. Dotty likes a little bit of petting and brushing. She does not like being picked up and prefers to sit near you. She gets along with most cats. Dotty has not met dogs, nor kids under age nine, but if they are gentle and quiet she will be fine. Are you the patient person willing to give her time to trust and blossom? This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax. Some special breeds are $250+tax. For further information or to start the adoption process, leave a message at 612-202-9492 or email cattalesmn@outlook.com If you are gone 7 or more hours a day, please consider adopting two cats, as one cat usually gets bored. Two cats are easier to care for than one (they self-entertain while you are at work), and they are emotionally healthier (don’t get lonely and bored). ~*~*~* Follow us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/cattalesmn *~*~*~*~*

Story
Luna was born on the college campus in Marshall, Minnesota just after Labor Day. Too young to make it through the winter! We rescued her and she was almost immediately tamed. She is smart, sweet, affectionate and playful, but shy. She has great situational awareness. Love cheese, milk, and Churro treats. She does not have any behavioral or health issues. She does not seek to go outdoors, but likes looking at the birds through the window. We have a quiet home, and don't know how well she would adapt to a noisier place or with young children.

Story
Location: Columbia Height, MN Stick Stickly, affectionately nicknamed “Sprout” by her foster mom, is becoming sweeter each and every day. She’s still getting used to being around humans, but once she warms up to you, she has a lot of love to give. Sprout enjoys pets and is learning how to ask for them—and when you find just the right spot, she might purr so hard she starts to drool! Her favorite toys include springs and ball-in-track toys, which keep her happily entertained. Sprout is curious about the resident cat, though she prefers limited interaction beyond a few sniffs, and she’s respectful about keeping her distance from the dog. Her absolute favorite activity is cuddling with her sister. Because of this, her foster mom believes Sprout would do best if adopted together with her sister, or into a home that already has another friendly cat. --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Good with kids, Not good with dogs, Not good with cats,
Story
Location: Maple Grove, MN Hello, I'm Angel! I'm sure you can see why-just look at my beautiful white fur! I'm a 12-year-old senior kitty with a heart full of love to give. I may not hear as well as I used to (I am deaf) so it can take me a little time to feel safe and comfortable in new surroundings. But once I do, I'll shower you with the loudest purrs, sweet nuzzles, and endless cuddles. I also enjoy curling up in a cozy spot by the window, watching the birds, and basking in the sunshine. But don't let my age fool you-I still have plenty of playful energy, especially when a feather toy is involved! I'd thrive in a calm, peaceful and patient home where I can get all the love and attention I deserve. I'm good with older children and would be happiest as the only pet. --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org).
