Story
We took her in after she was born she was born a ferral and she is 5yrs also she has always been indoors. We already had 2 dogs and always gotten along witj them. She always rough housed with the oldest but as he aged more he could not so they just napped together. So i do not know if she would still get along with dogs or not. Is not really a lap cat but likes to lay on your neck and chest. I keep a cardboard box for her and put catnip inside she enjoys playing also with doorframe toys. The harder you play the more rough she can get. I could not do that with her because of my own health. I feed her dry food with a little wet friskies pate. She is just a wonderful cat .

Story
Born on May 7, 2023. Has 5 other siblings.* All are ready for adoption. Never been outside - flea free. Eating hard cat food. Weaned. Litterbox trained. I am NOT 100% certain of the sex of the kittens so make sure to double check before finalizing the adoption. "Are dilute calico cats rare? Yes, even female dilute calico cats are rare. As we saw above, only one in every 1,000 cats is born a standard calico and dilute calico cats are that much harder to come by. One of the reasons for this is that the dilution gene is what’s known as a recessive gene. That means that a more dominant gene can mask it and a kitten would need to inherit the dilution gene from both parents in order to be born a dilute calico. "...- so, consider yourself very lucky indeed if you become the pet parent to one of these beauties." https://www.petsradar.com/advice/dilute-calico-cat

Story
Say hello to Miss Mattie! Mattie is a young adult estimated to be around 3 years old. She once had a home, but was one day suddenly left to fend for herself which made her very sad and lonely. Sweet, spice and everything nice - Mattie loves pets and making biscuits on your shoulder, and also enjoys just hanging out nearby as a perfect little loaf. She would love a "forever, FOR REAL this time" home, but there is one catch: Mattie is a proper princess, demanding alllll of the attention goes to her - she cannot be housed with dogs or other cats. So if you're a one pet kind of person, can Mattie come cuddle with you? Included with the adoption is the kitty's spay, all current-due FVRCP, FeLeuk, and rabies vaccinations for kitties over 1-year, deworming, flea treatment, a wellness check, FIV/FeLV combo testing, and microchipping. In addition to being fully vetted, our cats and kittens are highly socialized. We offer a 2-week getting acquainted period and a 2-week wellness guarantee, so you can comfortably settle in with your new kitty! To apply to adopt, please complete an adoption inquiry at www.bluesmews.org so our adoption specialist volunteer can review it and contact you!

Story
This is Ramona! She is a big personality and just loves humans!! She is a bit sassy and likes to be the boss. She is super sweet and loves being petted and laying in your lap. She loves playing with toys and her litter friends. She also gets into some shenanigans. She loves people so much! She does well with kids (although she can play a little rough still, so that should be considered.) Included with the adoption is the kitty's spay, all applicable birth-to-one-year FVRCP, FeLeuk and first round of rabies vaccinations, deworming, flea treatment, a wellness check, FIV/FeLV combo testing, and microchipping. In addition to being fully vetted, our cats and kittens are highly socialized. We offer a 2-week getting acquainted period and a 2-week wellness guarantee, so you can comfortably settle in with your new kitty! Please note, young kitties do best with another kitty in the household. To apply to adopt, please complete an adoption inquiry at www.bluesmews.org so our adoption specialist volunteer can review it and contact you!

Story
Odell says hi! Friendly, playful, Odell loves watching the birds outside while sitting on the highest part of the cat tree. She does well with other cats if they are not too timid. She loves her sister Opal! They aren't bonded but do very well together. She has been around dogs as a young kitten, but not at her current foster home. Odell loves lounging in sunny spots, watching the world around her. She's an absolute doll! Included with the adoption is the kitty's spay, all applicable birth-to-one-year FVRCP, FeLeuk and first round of rabies vaccinations, deworming, flea treatment, a wellness check, FIV/FeLV combo testing, and microchipping.
