Hello, we recently lost our mom and these two beautiful cats were her pride and joy. Boots is a male yellow short hair, Patches is a female long hair calico. Both have been neutered and spayed, up-to-date on the vaccinations and they are declawed. They are both 12 years old and have been together since kittens. They have always been indoor. Still love to play with toys, are healthy eaters and love personal attention. Boots is a recluse when visitors come Patches is more social. They both craved attention from mom and we are sure they will adapt to a new owner. We would love to keep them, but unfortunately, we have allergies in our home. Our preference would be that they were adopted together.

Say hello to MATTIE! -Adult (~3-5 years) -Dedicated biscuit maker -Powerful purr and sandpaper kisses! -A bit of an enigma, afraid of life itself -This kitty has behavioral considerations and will require medications and a special diet Mattie came into rescue very shut down, and has made some slow but steady progress in foster care with a calm environment and gentle routine, but her emotional comfort zone remains…contained. Literally. Fostering Mattie brings irony to the concept of foster home based rescue, considering the whole point is so that cats don't have to remain isolated, but solitude is truly Mattie's safe space: she has a single spare room all to herself, and will not come out of it. She’ll need a very special adopter; someone with a bounty of both time and patience to help unravel this fuzzy little ball of neuroticism. (And handling skills, as we would not consider her the easiest kitty to medicate, and the sensitive tummy makes for secretly medicated treats a challenge). Mattie lives with SIGNIFICANT anxiety that makes new environments and people overwhelming for her. She is very easily stressed and now that she is finally starting to become a bit more “cat-like” in her foster environment, we are eager to send her off to blossom in her forever environment. Despite her persistent state of “I Am Afraid,” she is truly soft at heart. She greets her food with enthusiasm, is passionate about fuzzy blankies, enjoys birdwatching from her cat tree, and is also a fan of chin scritchies and brushies. She has a proud purr and quite impressively (and perhaps slightly unsettingly) large eyeballs. Mattie’s anxiety does not actually present itself in a fractious nature; she doesn’t bite, she just hides when overwhelmed. Mattie wouldn’t hurt a fly. In fact, she is probably afraid of them. Urabella is straight up royalty! She carries herself and walks like she should be on the red carpet. She's so vocal and regal, and her foster says she will definitely be the boss in any home. She loves being petted and laying beside her people. Please note, she's had negative experience with dogs in the past, and won't tolerate them now; she will attack if they get in striking distance, so she'll need a calm, kitty-only home. She does get along with cats as long as they respect her space. She will likely do best in a home with adults and older children. Our vet estimates miss Urabella at 2 years old. Hello, we are looking to rehome my daughter’s cat. She’s well behaved and loves to just lounge around.

Rosie is a sweet, 11-year-old cat who was abused and abandoned before we rescued her. Her trauma made her very skittish and sensitive to chaos and stress, but once she feels safe she is very affectionate. Our home has become too busy and unpredictable for Rosie, and she’s showing signs of stress (like accidents outside the litter box). When it’s quiet and calm, she uses her box normally and is relaxed. Rosie has coexisted peacefully with our calm dog, but would likely prefer a home without dogs or with a very quiet, gentle one. She’d do best in a peaceful, child-free home with someone patient and cat-savvy, and understands that she needs a calm environment and gentle approach.
