Good with cats,
Story
Born on May 7, 2023. Has 5 other siblings.* All are ready for adoption. Never been outside - flea free. Eating hard cat food. Weaned. Litterbox trained. I am NOT 100% certain of the sex of the kittens so make sure to double check before finalizing the adoption. "Are dilute calico cats rare? Yes, even female dilute calico cats are rare. As we saw above, only one in every 1,000 cats is born a standard calico and dilute calico cats are that much harder to come by. One of the reasons for this is that the dilution gene is what’s known as a recessive gene. That means that a more dominant gene can mask it and a kitten would need to inherit the dilution gene from both parents in order to be born a dilute calico. "...- so, consider yourself very lucky indeed if you become the pet parent to one of these beauties." https://www.petsradar.com/advice/dilute-calico-cat

Story
We rescued Stella off the street about three years ago. We got her cleaned up and back to a healthy weight. She has been a good cat, but she really should be an only cat. She has no interest in playing with our other two cats and will eat ANY food available to her. I think this is a result of her time on the street. She ended up getting extremely overweight since we did not have a way to separate their food. However, over the last few months, I have separated her from her brothers and kept her in my office. She has thrived, losing a ton of weight and being able to properly clean herself again. We are moving to Italy this summer and we can not take her with us. We have known it would be best for her to be in a single-cat household for a while, but we just had not been able to bring ourselves to do it. With this move, it has become necessary. She is 5-6 years old and spayed. If she can find a home with someone who is able to focus on her, she will make a wonderful pet.

Story
Padme is a friendly indoor cat who loves to cuddle. We adopted her from the humane society when she was 8 weeks old. She is now 9 years 8 months old. She gets anxious with loud noises and would probably do best in a home without children.

These pups are in Fairborn, Ohio too!

Story
This handsome boy is ready for his new forever! Tywin (now also known as TyTy the Toothless) was born a stray on the streets, and his hometown turned their back on him. You see, in the area where Tywin lived, the city bought all the houses from the owners to demolish them and build up new businesses. Tywin lost his people caring for him. He lost his home. Then the city started demolition without giving us time to trap all the kitties. Tywin was one of the lucky ones to make it out. He does have some scaring from his previous life outside, and all of his teeth had to be removed due to a massive infection from abuse. His fangs were all snapped off at the jawline. Despite living his whole life outdoors until now, you’d never know it! He’s a well mannered kitty, and he LOVES to lick his kitten friends! Now that he's no longer in pain from the infection and tooth problems, he's playful and snuggly , and sometimes gets the zoomies! He definitely needs to have another kitty around because his favorite past time is licking other kitties. (Be forewarned! If there isn't another kitty for him to clean, it's likely to be human faces he'll try to pick.) Because he lost his teeth, he tends to be nervous around adult male cats, but kittens are his favorite friends because they almost always let him snuggle and groom them. He’s 100% litter box trained. He’s a friendly lover boy who enjoys scratches and pets. He is NOT a fan of dogs that get excited... They are scary and make him nervous and upset. He does get along with his foster’s free range rabbit without issue though! This sweet boy deserves a happily-ever-after! If you’d like to be Tywin’s forever, you can apply at Bluesmews.org

Story
Vengeance is a special boy looking for a special home! Vengeance is a special needs cat who will need an understanding adopter. You see, Vengeance is affectionately called “Booger Boy” He gets these sneezing fits and sneezes lots of snot and boogers. He is a cat that will require routine antibiotics when his sneezing gets too bad. Unfortunately, the symptoms will never fully go away... we had hoped his sneezing was temporary and his first round of antibiotics would take care of it, but unfortunately that wasn't meant to be.. poor Vengeance has been dealing with this since he was a tiny kitten, but even a booger boy deserves a great, loving home!!! Vengeance LOVES other cats! He loves to cuddle up with them and play. He is very much an affectionate lap kitty. If interested in meeting or adopting Vengeance, please apply at Bluesmews.org
