Story
We are fostering Callie for a friend's brother who had to move into Assisted Living. Our two cats do not want to share their space with her. She is very sweet, affectionate, and just wants to sit on your lap. She has gone from having one on one attention to a household where she is not getting the attention she deserves. She is a wonderful cat and deserves to be loved on every day. We do not yet have her vet records, but she seems healthy and well cared for. I will update this when I am able to get them.

Story
Born on May 7, 2023. Has 5 other siblings.* All are ready for adoption. Never been outside - flea free. Eating hard cat food. Weaned. Litterbox trained. I am NOT 100% certain of the sex of the kittens so make sure to double check before finalizing the adoption. "Are dilute calico cats rare? Yes, even female dilute calico cats are rare. As we saw above, only one in every 1,000 cats is born a standard calico and dilute calico cats are that much harder to come by. One of the reasons for this is that the dilution gene is what’s known as a recessive gene. That means that a more dominant gene can mask it and a kitten would need to inherit the dilution gene from both parents in order to be born a dilute calico. "...- so, consider yourself very lucky indeed if you become the pet parent to one of these beauties." https://www.petsradar.com/advice/dilute-calico-cat

Story
Stella was found as a stray at our apartment complex in November during the bitter cold. She is a very sweet girl but does have her boundaries being a former stray. Her age is estimated at 1.5 years old. She is fully vaccinated, flea treated, and spayed. Stella would do best in a home with no other animals. We have 3 resident cats and the reason for rehome is she is quite cat aggressive. She has never been aggressive towards humans unless there are other cats near and senses are heightened. She can definitely be a snuggle bug and is warming up more by the day. Stella will need a patient owner who is willing to learn and teach her the softer life of living indoors.

Story
Say hello to MATTIE! -Adult (~3-5 years) -Dedicated biscuit maker -Powerful purr and sandpaper kisses! -A bit of an enigma, afraid of life itself -This kitty has behavioral considerations and will require medications and a special diet Mattie came into rescue very shut down, and has made some slow but steady progress in foster care with a calm environment and gentle routine, but her emotional comfort zone remains…contained. Literally. Fostering Mattie brings irony to the concept of foster home based rescue, considering the whole point is so that cats don't have to remain isolated, but solitude is truly Mattie's safe space: she has a single spare room all to herself, and will not come out of it. She’ll need a very special adopter; someone with a bounty of both time and patience to help unravel this fuzzy little ball of neuroticism. (And handling skills, as we would not consider her the easiest kitty to medicate, and the sensitive tummy makes for secretly medicated treats a challenge). Mattie lives with SIGNIFICANT anxiety that makes new environments and people overwhelming for her. She is very easily stressed and now that she is finally starting to become a bit more “cat-like” in her foster environment, we are eager to send her off to blossom in her forever environment. Despite her persistent state of “I Am Afraid,” she is truly soft at heart. She greets her food with enthusiasm, is passionate about fuzzy blankies, enjoys birdwatching from her cat tree, and is also a fan of chin scritchies and brushies. She has a proud purr and quite impressively (and perhaps slightly unsettingly) large eyeballs. Mattie’s anxiety does not actually present itself in a fractious nature; she doesn’t bite, she just hides when overwhelmed. Mattie wouldn’t hurt a fly. In fact, she is probably afraid of them. She is otherwise in good health, fully vaccinated, spayed, and also recently had her teeth cleaned.   What kind of home does Mattie need? -Quiet and low-stress -Patient and observant -Experienced with or open to supporting a behaviorally complex cat with medication needs -Okay with a cat who may always be a bit of a nervous nellie Just think of Mattie as the embodiment of “introvert energy.” Her current routine consists of liquid gabapentin by mouth twice daily, transdermal fluoxetine in the morning, and a hydrolyzed diet to keep her anxious tummy happy. So if you’re patient, motivated by even the tiniest progress, and emotionally fluent in “cat,” Mattie might just be your tiny, ghost-eyed soulmate.  Included with the adoption is the kitty's spay, all current-due FVRCP, FeLeuk, and rabies vaccinations for kitties over 1-year, deworming, flea treatment, a wellness check, FIV/FeLV combo testing, and microchipping. We offer a 2-week getting acquainted period and a 2-week wellness guarantee, so you can comfortably settle in with your new kitty! Story
I am sadly looking to rehome my two cats who were inherited to me after my sister passed away. I love them very much, but I am allergic and can’t give them the care they deserve long-term. They are bonded brothers and must stay together. They are very friendly, playful, and extremely cuddly. They get along great with dogs, other cats, and people. Both are up to date on shots, vet care, and everything they need. These boys are gentle, affectionate, and love attention. They enjoy playing, napping together, and following you around the house for cuddles. They deserve a loving home where they can stay together and continue to feel safe. If you’re looking for two sweet, well-behaved cats who will bring love and companionship into your home, they are perfect for you. Rehoming because of allergies – not their behavior. Serious inquiries only. A good, safe home is a must.
