Story
I adopted my cat at the age of 1 and had her for two years. I am getting married soon and my fiancé has bad allergies and asthma so I won’t be able to keep munchkin. She is super sweet though and a big people person, she will always want to be wherever you are or where people are. She likes to meow and talk with you too. The only thing is she gets really stressed around other animals so she is a solo pet. Hoping to find her someone who can bring munchkin a good home!

Story
Hi! My name is Eloise! I am such a nice girl -- and I'm as fluffy as I am sweet! I love to be pet, and will purr away while being stroked. I was recently returned to the shelter, with my two siblings. It wasn't our fault -- we are great kitties! My humans found themselves in a tough spot, and *of course* the nice people at the shelter said they would take us back. I grew up with my siblings, Seymour and Remi, and we are *super* bonded. We do all need to go home together. But don't let that scare you! I bet you're thinking, "I'd have to take ALL THREE cats?!" Our previous home had kids and a puppy, so we've already been exposed to quite a lot! We're almost out of kittenhood -- we don't really *act* like kittens. No crazy mayhem, no climbing the curtains, no toddler-like angst. We are basically made of sugar and fluff. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Included in our adoption fee, all of our kitties are vaccinated, FELV / FIV tested, dewormed, microchipped, spayed / neutered, and checked out by a veterinarian.

Name: FortunaBreed: CalicoDOB: 5/1/2022Good with kids: YES Good with dogs: YESGood with cats: YESFoster location: Adoption fee: $200  Fun Bio: If interested in a pet from us please fill out the adoption application that is located on our website.  We process applications in the order in which they are received.  We will likely not respond to interest emails regarding puppies and/or kittens, we get so many "interest" emails that we simply do not have the time to respond to each one.  We always recommend playtime, positive reinforcement training and a regular schedule for feeding times when bringing a new cat/kitten into your home. Adjustment takes time for both you and your new family member, so remember to be patient and enjoy this new and exciting time!Included in the adoption fee are age appropriate vaccinations, FeLV/FIV testing, deworming, spay or neuter surgery, and microchip. Anti-Declawing Policy:All cats and kittens will have a no declaw policy in their adoption contract with us!  Declawing is a series of bone amputations.  Declawing is more accurately described by the term de-knuckling and is not merely the removal of the claws, as the term “declawing” implies.  In humans, fingernails grow from the skin, but in animals that hunt prey, the claws grow from the bone; therefore, the last bone is amputates so the claw cannot re-grow.  Declawing is one of the most painful, routinely performed procedures in all of veterinary medicine.  Each toe of the cat is amputated at the first joint.  Declawing a cat is equivalent in a person to amputating the entire first knuckle of every finger.  Declawing is done strictly for the benefit of the owner.  There are NO benefits to the cat and NO good reasons to declaw. Declawing can lead to behavior changes.  A declawed cat has no way to defend itself and may resort to biting more often.  Due to pain, they may stop using the litterbox.  There are humane alternatives to declawing.  Cats can be trained to use scratching posts.  They should have their nails trimmed regularly.  There is double sided sticky tape that can be put on furniture to deter a cat from scratching there.  There are also nail caps called Soft Paws that are glued onto a cat’s nails without harm.  ##1714352##

Story
Ending up as a stray was not what I wanted in life. I had dreams of being pampered and loved with a comfy bed and lots of loving. During the day, I would enjoy naps in a sun puddle, then maybe spending some time watching the birds and squirrels. As you can see, I have a bed that I love and I get a lot of loving but at night, it would be great to have a lap. Can you make my dream come true?
