Story
*DISCLAIMER* THIS IS NOT MY DOG! This is Harley she is 2 years old, she is the most adorable dog I know her owner is a disgusting human being. This is my roommates dog, he doesn’t give her any attention, he feeds her when he remembers, he lost his job for 4 months but was still making money, he goes back there to clean once a week. I had to order an ointment to put on her because the horse flies were eating at her flesh. He claims to care for her but doesn’t really show it. I would genuinely keep her but I just can’t afford it. He doesn’t know I’m doing this but it breaks my heart to see her like this. If anyone is willing to take her PLEASE PLEASE contact me!

Story
Simon is not your average puppy - Despite his initial reservations, Simon is incredibly gentle and affectionate. He loves cuddling up for scratches behind the ears and is quick to wag his tail in appreciation. His shy demeanor melts away when he's in a calm and loving environment, where he thrives on gentle encouragement and patience. Simon has a loud heart murmur, which might sound concerning at first. However, it's caused by a benign congenital abnormality that poses minimal risk to his health. The veterinary team has assured us that Simon can live a long, happy life without any complications from this condition. Simon would do best in a quiet home with a patient family who understands his initial timidness. He enjoys leisurely walks where he can explore at his own pace, and he's always up for a cozy nap by your side. His ideal family would provide him with plenty of love, routine, and gentle guidance to help build his confidence. Primary Color: Brindle Secondary Color: White Weight: 64.4 Age: 0yrs 6mths 3wks

Story
Hello There - Im DJ, the proud adopter of Kairoh, a 2 1/2 year-old (September 2021 Birth) Cane Corso Amer. Pit Bull mix. He was adopted from Oakland Animal Services and is neutered. He is up to date on shots and is micmicrochips. Im here because, Due to landlord issues (he's a banned breed where I live) - i have to surrender him. Although I am disheartened, I am hopeful that, through this medium, a new family can be matched to him. I also am hoping that his new family will have a yard space for him in a home that he can actually be at. Kairoh is a sweet dog who does get along with other dogs IN THE SAME HOUSEHOLD. He would need time to adjust with any dogs. His demeanor around children is contingent on how they react to him. He would only get anxious if kids get scared. I mentally prepared to rehome Kairoh as long as a family is willing to adopt him and take care of him ❤️

Story
By end of July Deva will be six months old. Deva is a very loving dog and loves to play she minds well and is very smart, she can be trained very easily. Deva was gave to my 86 year husband as a gift, she is too strong for my husband and I am afraid she will cause him to fall and brake a hip. She will make someone a wonderful companion, she need someone to spend time with her. She loves to run.

Story
Meet Sister! This sweet gentle girl is looking for a bed to lay on and soak in some sun. She would love a home where she can run around and snuggle up with you. She does ok meeting dogs outside but should be the only dog in the household. She also has a strong prey drive, so best if there are no cats and other small animals in the home. "Sister is a 2 years old, Mastiff, Cane Corso, with the most soulful eyes. We have taken her out several times now. Her first intro to my 2 small dogs, she seemed to want to charge up to them. With each meet, she has calmed down. She now walks along with them as if she has known them forever. From what I observed, she seems to get along best with dogs who are calm and respectful, not overly jumpy. Sister rides well in the car and is a good walker. She is very strong though and if she sees a squirrel, she is like a fast sports car going from 0 to 100 mph very quickly. What works best for me when walking her is to be alert and hold onto her leash tightly. She loves sitting for treats. Treats are one sure way to her heart." Sister needs a strong person to handle her on leash and will need continued training to curb her reactivity and have her focus on her handler. She is also very true to her breed, so breed experience for the adopter is preferred. Do you have a home where Sister would be the perfect fit? She would love a safe space where she could be a part of your family, and run around and play. She deserves to find her forever home.
