Onyx & Zephyr are littermate brothers that are super silly and very playful. They are apprehensive on meeting new people at first but once they`ve met you the first time they`ll become your new best friends. They`re very loving, protective and extremely goofy. I'm unable to keep them due to moving out of state so I`d love for them to go to a good home with lots of room to play and expel all their silly energy! They also come with -An XL crate big enough for both of them (they are crate trained) -2 harnesses -2 water tank dog bowls -2 food bowls -a 10 gallon dog food bin (with food) -their sleep pillows Of course with an new adjustment dog maybe behave differently but give these boys some love time and food and they`ll be all over you!

Introducing China! She was brought to the shelter on 4/9 because her former pet parent was downsizing and no longer had room for her. China is only 4 years old and weighs a mere 96lbs. The volunteers describe her as sweet big girl, cute, and obedient. We are heartbroken for her because she is scared because she lost her home and the only family she has ever known. The volunteers are working with her to build her confidence and let her know it wasn't her fault. She is one smart cookie as she knows sit when asked and she may know more. She is very gentle on a leash. China is also house trained, dog friendly, and good with kids. Please take some time and visit with her in Run 87; her ID is 9278. She is waiting for you! Please help her find her way out of the shelter and into your heart, home and family. China is current on vaccines, will be spayed and microchipped and tested negative for heartworms. Please take some time and schedule to meet this awesome kiddo and get to know her a little better. China is probably what you have been looking for all this time. She is patiently waiting for her forever family to save her life. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. Great male dog. We have a pit mix puppy who the Corso used to play with everyday. Now the Corso is very aggressive to the puppy and we cannot have that as where the puppy was in our lives first. Sarge gets a long great with our miniature Italian greyhound and our Yorkie. He needs to go to a home with no dogs or only with female dogs. He is great with female dogs where the Alpha status isn't a factor. e was given to us last October and It did take him about 4 days to warm up to us but once he did he would follow us all over the house and being a Corso he is bred to protect and alert to anyone he doesn't know and does that great. It is sad that we have to get rid of him but for the last month and a half we have had to keep him and the pitbull separated so there isnt a fight. We like a calm house and want it to go back to that status. It isn't fair to Sarge having to spend time in a separate bedroom. He loves to go on car and truck rides. Simply tell him to load up and he is in.

Berkeley is a 7 year old Cane Corso mix. She has been with us for way too long. Due to an injury to her eye she needs to be an only pet. She is good with kids and people, knows general obedience, and thrives with structure. She loves to play and have zoomies even in her older age. She loves to go on walks or just cuddle at your feet with a good bone. Berkeley is house trained, and crate trained. She has done well in a structured foster home with expectations and accountability.

Paisley is a beautiful and deserving Cane Corso looking for her forever family! She has a gorgeous brindle and black coat, and is estimated to be 4yr old. She is currently a little underweight, at 62lbs. Paisley ended up as a stray at an overcrowded Atlanta shelter before coming to BarkVille Dog Rescue. It&#39s apparent that she has likely had puppies before, and her demeanor is currently a little sad. She is low key and very loving. She enjoys riding in the car, and is friendly with people and other dogs. Paisley is house trained, and crate trained. Paisley would do well in an apartment or house, and does not require a fenced yard. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped.
