Story
Ruby is a six year old American Pitbull Terrier/Cain Corso mix from a hoarding case where she endured physical abuse and many hungry nights. We suspect that Ruby was born and raised in that environment and has never received exposure to the outside world. Due to this, it takes Ruby some time to warm up to you.Once she does, she is an in your pocket type of pup! A wonderful sponsor is willing to cover my adoption cost of $225.00 so I can be adopted and enjoy being someone's best friend! All adopters must be vetted and approved to adopt from FOCCAS.Ruby has a way of making you feel wanted, when she greets you with a wagging nub and sweet face after a long day! She is very quiet and doesn't mind other dogs but would do best with a Male. She likes long walks and is doing well with leash training, and knows sit, down, touch and shake already! She does excellent when her foster mom bathes her and clips her nails, and is very patient. She is sweet and gentle until something scares her, then she jumps. She's good on a leash until something startles her, then she pulls.... And she's strong. She's a beautiful girl. Loving and gentle, loves attention but hates excitement. She's not a guard dog, she'll hide behind you in the threat of great danger, or if a butterfly scares her. Quiet, soft, and sweet Ruby, she wants to be right at your feet. Ruby needs to be an only dog.FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. The adoption fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea/Tick/Heartworm Prevention, and Sheltering. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed. FOCCAS does not DNA test or guarantee breed. My adoption fee has been donated by an anonymous donor!!! Story
Big Mac is the definition of a gentle giant. This handsome 9-year-old Cane Corso has settled beautifully into foster care and is proving what an incredible companion he is. Big Mac is completely house-trained, has a great appetite, and has even cut back on his grass-snacking. When he hears the key in the door, he’ll greet you with the sweetest little pittie-style bark because he’s so happy you’re home. He’s easy to live with, cat-friendly, and once you’ve earned his trust, you’re part of his family for life. His favorite place to be is wherever you are—especially if you’re headed to the bathroom, because Big Mac firmly believes no one should have to make that trip alone! He enjoys lounging on the floor (or any pile of dirty clothes he can claim) instead of his dog bed, proving that comfort is all about perspective. While he hasn’t been out for walks recently due to his foster’s knee surgery, we’re told he’s easy on leash and doesn’t pull. If you’re looking for a loyal, low-key best friend with a heart as big as his head, Big Mac is your guy.

Story
🐾 **ADOPTABLE: BELLO** 🐾 Meet **Bello**, an estimated **3–4-month-old Presa Canario** puppy with a big personality to match his growing paws. Bello is confident, bold, and already showing a very dominant temperament. He absolutely loves playing with other dogs, but his play style can become rough and over-the-top, so he'll need continued guidance as he grows. This handsome boy is **NOT** a good fit for a first-time dog owner or someone looking for an easy puppy. Presa Canarios are a powerful guardian breed, and Bello needs an adopter who understands the importance of structure, leadership, and consistent training. 🏡 **Bello's ideal home:** ✔️ Experienced with guardian or dominant breeds ✔️ A confident, firm, and fair handler ✔️ Committed to providing structure and boundaries ✔️ Willing to continue his socialization and training 📚 **Training is required.** As part of his adoption, Bello **must be enrolled with a professional trainer** to help him develop into the stable, well-mannered companion he has the potential to become. Bello is still just a puppy, and with the right person investing the time, consistency, and leadership he needs, he can grow into an incredible dog. If you're looking for a challenge and have the experience to help this special boy reach his full potential, Bello may be your perfect match. 📩 Send us a message or submit an adoption application if you think you're the right fit for Bello. Please share to help him find the experienced home he deserves! ❤️

Story
Ribeye was once a timid and submissive boy, but with the patience and guidance of his dedicated foster family, he has blossomed into a confident, happy dog. He has successfully learned to live as part of a pack with dogs ranging from 51 to 140 pounds and enjoys the companionship of his canine friends. Ribeye has formed a strong bond with his foster dad and especially loves their quiet cuddle time together. Like many dogs of his breed, he may become protective of his person during these cozy moments, so his adopter should be mindful of that natural tendency. Ribeye is a wonderful house companion. He is house-trained, walks nicely on a leash, and is not destructive in the home. He enjoys chewing on bones, playing with stuffed toys, and is always excited for a car ride. On walks, Ribeye is curious about rabbits and cats and likes to watch them, but he has not been formally tested with either species. For that reason, any introductions to cats or other small animals should be done thoughtfully. Ribeye has come a long way and is ready to find a home that will continue to help him thrive. With love, consistency, and plenty of quality time, he'll make a loyal and devoted companion.
