Story
We adopted Luna as a kitten in March of 2020. She is the sweetest cat and gets along with our two dogs and other cat. She does well with kids and is virtually silent. She only meows if you accidentally get her tail. She would be the perfect cat if it were not for the fact the she will periodically decide to not pee in the litter box. She will always poop in it. But randomly she decides that the litter no longer suits her urinating needs! Luna could not be a sweeter cat! We have tried every option we can think of to get her to pee in the litter box exclusively (vet visits, pheromone therapy, multiple different litters and boxes). So, please know that going into this adoption. Other than that she is the perfect cat with the best disposition for a family or individual looking for a loving companion that will enjoy cuddles at the desk or night time movies on the couch! If interested in bringing Luna into your family, we'd love for you to meet her and offer her a loving home!

Story
This sweet cat was abandoned and has been hanging out with me for about a year. He seemed well fed but acted like he hadn’t had a meal in months. So I named him Frank Abagnale after the con artist depicted in the movie Catch Me if You Can. He finally came in the house a few months ago because something in the woods scared him. He likes to go out during the day, but seems fine indoors. He is extremely sweet and loves attention. Unfortunately my other cat does not like him at all so I have to keep them separated. For this reason I’m unable to give him all the love he deserves and it’s becoming more stressful for me and my cat. He loves the litter box, his cat bed and belly scratches. I will provide the cat bed, 1 month of food and his favorite toys.

Story
Joshua and his sisters, Joanna and Judith came to rescue having been found under a tree during a thunderstorm. Joshua was almost unresponsive and needed immediate medical care. While in rescue, this poor little guy has struggled with maintaining his weight and staying hydrated. Early in life, he was diagnosed with seizure disorder, but happily he is being weaned from his anti-seizure medication and showing signs of outgrowing his condition. Joshua is a quirky lil guy. When overstimulated or stressed, he becomes overwhelmed. He has kitty OCD, which makes him highly focused on daily routines and habits. You can learn more about his special story on our Kitty Korner Blog! But given all of that, Joshua is simply the sweetest lil guy and everyone absolutely adores him, especially those who share his psychological and emotional challenges. Because inside, they know he is just trying to understand this big, confusing world. Joshua is a long-haired tuxedo (almost an identical twin to his sister Judith). He is going to be a real heart breaker when he gets older.

Story
Little Monica was wandering alone, as a tiny little kitten, around an apartment complex. She was very scared and extremely malnourished. She is semi-feral and is cautious around humans. Being with other kittens and cats is calming and reassuring for her. She would do well in a house with another cat for support. Monica is unique in that she is a bobtail (Manx)

Story
This little Siamese-Tabby mix was named after Christina the Astonishing who was a defender of insanity, madness and mental disorders. Christina came into rescue semi-feral, so her patroned saint kind of fits. It has taken time for her to relax and feel safe as a domesticated cat. Even more astonishing is that Christina is a polydactyl - she has 6 toes on her front paws and 5 toes on her rear paws. Polydactyl is believed to be associated with enhanced abilities including possessing the strength and confidence to make the world a better place, who doesn’t need more of that?
