After more time spent with Baez and Lucky, their foster mom determined that they are good buddies, but are not bonded. So, these two wonderful boys can be adopted separately or together. Both would do well as an only-cat or with a cat friend. They are now at Christiana Petsmart. Baez and Lucky both have gentle, quiet, timid personalities. They are comfortable and contented in a home setting, but will likely be frightened at first as they adjust to the adoption center. Please come see them and offer them pets! Please meet Baez - no, not Joan the singer. This Baez is a big, handsome boy who weighs in at 11 pounds. Baez has such distinctive coloring. Check out his lush white whiskers, flashy white tuxedo and white paws, bright green eyes and, to top it off, the dash of white along his nose that leads to the cutest little black heart. Definitely a head turner! Baez was comfy in his carrier bed when I first met him. He gave me a warm welcome, stretching out his paws, rolling over (showing off the wide white stripe along his tummy), basking in the pets and affection. I was a new human friend and Baez was so happy to see me. It is a pleasure to pet Baez because his fur is silky soft. Lucky (FCID #09/29/2025-35) and Baez were fast friends from the moment they met and what an amazing pair they are! Two tall and lean, black and white boys with such different and distinctive markings. Lucky and Baez enjoy keeping each other quiet company, although we sometimes hear them playing together and batting toys around in their room. These two precious kitties seem very content. No fussing or crying. Just easy company. You can see the silly photo of Lucky (on lap) and Baez (caught bathing). Baez is chatty. He greets his foster family with sweet chirps and trills.
