Story

Miss Tash has been in foster care for awhile, she deserves a family to spoil her and an entire house or apartment to romp in! Miss Tash has quite the story. Long story short, with the help of her microchip we were able to discover she was adopted in Florida, moved to PA with her people then later left behind - outside- when her humans moved. A neighbor woman found her crying in the window well of the home she knew. Just terrible to say the least. We were told she lived with girls about 10 years old as well as the 2 adults. Miss Tash is a sweetheart, but she’s also a little crazy in a new environment so her adopter will need to let her settle in. Tashie doesn’t ‘show’ well or make a great first impression. She does need to be the only pet, other animals stress her out. We are willing to do a foster to adopt situation with the right home, but you need to be willing to give her 2 weeks to decompress. Story

Sweet Baloo was a stray that had a person feeding him. When his one eye was severely injured the feeder contacted the rescue. An awful injury turned out to be a life saver, and Baloo’s life then changed for the better. Baloo was taken to the vet, his eye could not be saved, he was neutered, updated on vaccines and combo tested negative. We couldn’t put a one eye cat back out on the street but we weren’t sure of his temperament when we first got him. Baloo is such a gentleman so he is up for adoption. Baloo has short fur and it is thick too. He likes to play and enjoys being brushed. We can’t wait for someone else to fall in love with him like we did. Applicants must live less than an hour from Delaware 19703. Introducing little Miss Mimi 💜 Mimi is an adorable Torbie color kitten with thick medium length fur. She was living in an alley so she can play a little rough. No kids for her and no 1st time cat parents. Mimi needs someone to show her some manners and help her get past her rough playing tendencies. We got Gizmo as a 2 month kitten in 2015. He is now 9 years old. He acts as an alpha cat, he commands presence with other cats, however he is very docile and loves getting his belly scratched. He likes to be combed and he enjoys being scratched behind the ears. He is a good cat for company, just careful he likes stealing food.
