Story
Hello, I am looking for a new home for my sweet girl. She is 10 years old and is a great cat to have. I have to move and unfortunately cannot bring her along… she may take time to get comfortable so she could possibly be temperamental, but once she is she is very sweet! She is amazing if you’re looking for a kitty who is a very good lounger and isn’t very needy, doesn’t mean she doesn’t love attention and pets though!

Story
Have two brother siamese named Landy and Mac, after Colorado Avalanche players We're found abandoned in South Omaha by friend of daughter's. She tried to keep them but landlord doesn't allow her more than one pet and she has another cat. I have been keeping them in my home in basement but do t alliw them upstairs due to some spraying issues when hungry, thirsty or dogs barking. Good boys just needing a new home with more attention.

Story
Trinity-Female- DOB-4/1/2025 The girl who has overcome so much in her short life... Trinity came into rescue in terrible shape with a severely injured leg that ultimately resulted in amputation. Through everything she has been through, she has shown us what a true fighter she is. Nothing has stopped this girl from living life to the fullest, and she has adapted incredibly well to being a tripod. Trinity is the biggest lover and an absolute cuddle bug. She loves her people and wants nothing more than to be wherever the action is—whether that means following you around, keeping you company, or curling up beside you for snuggles. Strangers? She doesnt know the meaning of that word! Everyone she meets is a potential new best friend. Toys? Sparkly balls? LOVES them! She is wonderful with children and absolutely LOVES dogs. Trinitys foster home has cats, and while she can coexist with them most of the time, she tends to become overstimulated and stay on high alert around feline friends. Because of this, we are looking for a home without other cats where Trinity can feel completely comfortable, confident, and able to truly relax. Life on three legs hasnt slowed this girl down one bit. She has learned to navigate stairs, jump up and down from things, play, and keep up with everything happening around her. Since her amputation, we have noticed that her remaining back leg on the same side can occasionally slide out. X-rays were performed, but nothing definitive was found. The good news is that Trinity continues to improve every single day as she builds strength, confidence, and coordination. Trinity wants to be part of your world, she wants to be near you, involved in the action, and most importantly, loved. After everything she has endured, this sweet girl is ready for the forever home she deserves! Thank you for your interest in adopting one of our animals! Please be aware that we do not ship animals; all adoptions require in-person pickup in Omaha, NE, at a mutually agreed-upon location. Adoptions are processed on a first-approved basis, meaning that the first approved applicants receive priority in choosing an animal. NALA Rescue is run entirely by volunteers, and we greatly appreciate your support and patience throughout the adoption process. Completing the application thoroughly helps us match you with the perfect pet and speeds up the review process. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hearing from you. If you are interested in Trinity, please complete an application at www.nalarescue.org.

Story
Sir Lancelot - Male - DOB- 6/1/2016 Sir Lancelot is a 10 Year Old Professional Cuddle Bug & Gentleman of Refined Taste. Having experienced 10 years of neglect and lack of basic and humane care, Sir Lancelot has had plenty of time to determine exactly what he wants out of life—and frankly, his expectations seem perfectly reasonable. First and foremost: cuddling is serious business. Sir Lancelot isn't some casual, sit-near-you kind of guy. He is an enthusiastic hugger who believes personal space is wildly overrated. If you're looking for a cat who genuinely wants to be close to his person, Lance is prepared to report for duty. He is also a gentleman of refined culinary taste. Sir Lancelot lives for only the fanciest of foods and prefers his water at peak freshness—straight from the faucet, thank you very much. A stagnant bowl of yesterdays water? For peasants, perhaps. Not for Sir Lancelot. He gets along well with other cats and is perfectly happy to share his kingdom with feline companions. However, there is one important household rule: Sir Lancelot WILL be the center of attention. Other cats may live there. Other cats may receive affection. But everyone should understand who the leading man is. At 10 years old, Sir Lancelot isn't looking to waste time playing hard to get. He is ready for the good life: fancy meals, faucet water, plenty of hugs, and a human who appreciates a mature gentleman who already knows exactly how he would like to be adorned. If your home is currently suffering from a shortage of cuddles and could use a slightly demanding but incredibly lovable senior gentleman, Sir Lancelot would like to discuss the position!!!!! Due to the neglect he experienced in his prior home, our Knighted Man only has a few teeth left. The oral infection he had was so severe, it compromised his entire ENT circuit. His throat, tear ducts, ear canals, tonsils, sinus cavity, etc. Sir Lancelot's foster has spent MONTHS giving him medications, and getting him healthy, healed, and now our Sweet Guy is ready for adoption!!!! He doesn't see the best, he doesn't smell the best, and he doesn't hear the best.... But He KNOWS when someone loves him and he is ready to return that love. _______________ ***WANT TO ADOPT?*** If you are interested in adopting Sir Lancelot, please complete a NALA Rescue Cat Adoption Application directly through our website: https://nalarescue.org/adopt/cat-adoption-application/ PLEASE NOTE: Using the INQUIRE feature through PetFinder does not submit an adoption application to NALA Rescue, nor does it put you directly in contact with NALA Rescue. Story
Kloe - Female - DOB- 3/14/2022 Kloe is a big, beautiful tabby girl with a soft expression and one very important life passion: snacks 🍗💛 If you’re eating, she will be watching. Politely. Silently. Judging your sharing abilities. Those eyes? Yeah… they’re working overtime to convince you she hasn’t eaten in days. Kloe enjoys being near her people, keeping you company in a calm, low-key way. She’s not overly clingy, but she likes to be part of whatever you’re doing—especially if it involves food. She does great with dogs and can happily coexist with them. Cats make her a bit nervous, so a home without them (or with very respectful ones) would be best. Kloe does best with gentle, understanding kids. Loud or overly hands-on environments can overwhelm her, and she’ll choose to quietly remove herself from the chaos. She prefers to keep all four paws on the ground—being picked up and carried around isn’t her thing. She’s an independent girl who gives affection on her own terms, which makes it all the more special when she does. Bring ON the wand toys and anything that crinkles or involves catnip. She is smart and knows that calories in also need to be calories out. So warm up your arm for intermittent Wand Toy Sessions! If you’re looking for a calm, observant companion who will keep you company (and keep an eye on your snacks), Kloe might just be your girl. Story
Geranium - Female - DOB- 1/1/2024 Geranium: Professional Lounger, Part-Time Neighborhood Watch Geranium is looking for a home with good vibes, comfortable furniture, and preferably a window with a decent view of the neighborhood nonsense. She is the definition of chill. Other cats? Fine. Dogs? Also fine. Will she become their very best friend and spend her evenings snuggled into a giant interspecies cuddle pile? Absolutely not. Geranium believes healthy relationships include personal space. She is perfectly happy coexisting with other animals—as long as everyone understands that opposite sides of the couch is a perfectly acceptable level of togetherness. What Geranium does appreciate is some quality human attention. Break out the hairbrush and she's ready for a spa session, followed by some cozy time with her people. She is affectionate without being demanding and would be an excellent companion for someone looking for a relaxed adult cat who doesn't need to be involved in every single household activity. Her favorite pastime? People watching. Okay, technically window watching—but Geranium isn't staring at the glass. She's keeping tabs on the neighbors, monitoring suspicious squirrel activity, judging the delivery drivers, and making sure absolutely nothing happens on her street without her knowledge. Geranium isn't looking for chaos, adventure, or a house full of new best friends. Give this girl a comfy couch, a good brushing, a cozy human, and a window with a view. Shell take it from there. ___________________________ ***WANT TO ADOPT*** If you are interested in adopting Geranium, please complete a NALA Rescue Cat Adoption Application directly through our website: https://nalarescue.org/adopt/cat-adoption-application/ PLEASE NOTE: Using the INQUIRE feature through PetFinder does not submit an adoption application to NALA Rescue, nor does it put you directly in contact with NALA Rescue.
