Story
Hello, I am looking for a new home for my sweet girl. She is 10 years old and is a great cat to have. I have to move and unfortunately cannot bring her along… she may take time to get comfortable so she could possibly be temperamental, but once she is she is very sweet! She is amazing if you’re looking for a kitty who is a very good lounger and isn’t very needy, doesn’t mean she doesn’t love attention and pets though!

Story
Suki-Female-DOB 07/23/2020 Sweet Suki Girl is ready for You to roll out the red carpet for her, so she can be the Queen that she KNOWS she is. Suki is a friendly and cuddly cat who loves a lap or a blanket to snuggle up to. She does well with other cats, Unfortunately.... The new puppy in her house has caused her a great deal of stress and she needs to find a home without a canine companion. This is non-negotiable, Suki cannot tolerate dogs of any age, size, or temperament. Suki would love to be your BFF and spend hours chatting with you. She bonds to humans very quickly, so please do not let her distaste of the canine species deter you from her true personality. She loves to be showered with affection by her people, spend quality time with humans and cats who are respectful of her space, and will always dream of destroying any dog that comes near her. **Thank you for your interest in adopting one of our animals! Please be aware that we do not ship animals; all adoptions require in-person pickup in Omaha, NE, at a mutually agreed-upon location. Adoptions are processed on a first-approved basis, meaning that the first approved applicants receive priority in choosing an animal. NALA Rescue is run entirely by volunteers, and we greatly appreciate your support and patience throughout the adoption process. Completing the application thoroughly helps us match you with the perfect pet and speeds up the review process. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hearing from you. If you are interested in Suki, please complete an application at www.nalarescue.org**

Story
Cactus is a very distinguished gentleman with stories to tell. He has hung up his life as a stray and is ready to settle down on a warm cozy lap and accept love from a family. He is down for cuddles, scritches and playtime, with his favorite toy being string toys. Cactus is FIV+ with no symptoms. This gentleman is not concerned with his FIV status, as he makes the most of each day. Please speak with your vet for up to date information on FIV. The adoption fee is $125 + tax and covers age-appropriate vaccines, a microchip, and a spay/neuter.   Please note, we do NOT allow declawing of any cat or kitten that we adopt out, unless deemed medically necessary.  We will gladly provide you with alternative methods of managing cats with claws.  We're open from 12-4 PM Tuesday - Saturday!! Did you know you don't need to have an appointment to visit our available cats and dogs***? Simply drop by and if you find a potential new furry friend, you can fill out an application on the day you visit. Go to townandcountryanimalrescue.org to fill out our digital application. Applications are typically processed in 3-5 business days.  Once you're approved, you can return on the date and time set up by your adoption counselor, with your family for a meet and greet. If it goes well, you can take your new best friend home on the meet and greet day!  ***Please note that animals in foster homes cannot be viewed at our rescue, and appointments are still required to meet them.  Please be sure to follow us on Facebook to learn more about Town and Country Animal Rescue and our mission  ##2605085##
