Story
Kappa is roughly six years old. She was a stray that my mother in law took in with 3 kittens which she found homes for. Kappa is lovey and likes to be held. She has been the sole companion to my mother-in-law who recently had a stroke can can no longer care for her. She was spayed in 2024 and had received her care from the Catawba County Humane Society. My mother-in-law's health had been an issue and she wasnt able to get her recent shots which were due last May.

Story
🐱 Lena - 4 Years Old - Looking for a Forever Home 🐱It breaks my heart to do this, but I’m looking for the perfect home for my sweet girl, Lena.Lena is 4 years old, very cuddly, and loves to talk. She has a big personality and always wants to be near her people. One of her favorite things is sleeping across your head at night so she can be as close to you as possible! She does great with other cats and dogs and would love a home with furry friends. She is litter box trained and an indoor cat.Lena does not do well with young children, which is the reason I am rehoming her. She would be happiest in a home with older children, teenagers, or adults who can give her the calm environment she needs. My only goal is finding her a loving forever family where she can be happy and spoiled. Please message me if you’re interested and think Lena might be a good fit for your home. ❤️

Story
Simba is a cat I feed. He disappeared for two weeks and returned injured after being hit by a car. I took him to a clinic and later found a medical foster carer who has been helping him urinate and defecate, as he cannot do so on his own. The foster carer can no longer look after him, so I am searching for a forever home for Simba where he can be cared for and receive all the attention he needs🙏🏻

Story
Luna is a sweet 6-year-old cat with a resilient spirit. Found in a drain pipe as a kitten, I adopted her from a foster at 7 weeks old. She has spent her life in a loving, multi-pet home, getting along wonderfully with her two cat sisters and a dog brother. She is affectionate, social, and gentle. Unfortunately, Luna has developed behavioral issues—specifically, frequent urinating on the couch. I have deeply exhausted all of my resources trying to resolve this, and am looking to rehome her for free to ensure she gets the specific help she needs. Luna needs a patient, experienced adopter who understands feline behavior and won't give up on her. She would likely thrive in a calm, low-stress environment, potentially as an only pet, with someone who has the time and tools to work through her litter box challenges. She is a wonderful companion who just needs the right setup to feel completely secure and succeed.

Story
Updated 5/31/26 Meet Bash (aka Bashy, formerly Bashful) 🤍 From shy beginnings to a glow-up worth bragging about… Bash is ready for his next chapter. Around 1.5–2 years old, this buff and white beauty has spent nearly a year in foster learning that the world isn’t so scary. And wow — has he blossomed. Once a short-haired boy, Bash now sports a soft, flowing coat and a tail like a feather duster, thanks to time, care, and a whole lot of TLC. 🌿 Timid with new people, startles easily 💕 Loves head pets from those he trusts 🛏 Not a lap cat… yet 👀 Recently upgraded to “bed companion” status (sometimes even when the humans are in it!) ✨ Stunning medium-to-long coat with a majestic glow-up Bash is still building confidence, but he’s making quiet, meaningful progress every day. He’s the kind of cat who will form a deep bond with his person — the slow, rewarding kind that means everything. After nearly a year in foster, Bash is more than ready for a forever home to call his own. If you believe in patience, growth, and the magic of a shy cat coming out of his shell… Bashy is waiting for you. 🐾 Adoption fee $25 Neutered, utd on 1-yr rabies, fvrcp vaccine and flea & tick prevention

Story
Cirrus is one of the Empyrean siblings ; these precious babies were found in a woodpile at 4 wks of age, and miraculously survived Parvo with lots of love and attention. They are now healthy, testing negative, have received first vaccines, and are ready for their forever homes. Cirrus has the cutest pink now and gray goatee ! He is so loving, loves to be held, but also loves to run and play with his siblings. We prefer them to be adopted in pairs when this small, unless adopter already has young playmates. $320 per pair, which will include spay and neuter thru our vet, or a $100 credit for each kitten to your vet of choice for spay/neuter on your own. Please get your apps in for these babies!!
