Story

We originally got her from behind a dumpster July 4th 2024 when she was just a kitten. Her mom (Calico) and dad (believed to be a Tuxedo) were stray cats at the apartment building we used to live in. My husband and I captured all the kittens at that time and rehomed most of them. We have been trying to make Cali an outside cat but she has minimal to no survival skills and desperately wants to live inside. She has the tendency to poop outside of the litter box at least once a week. I want to clarify that she does not pee outside of the litter box, only poop. She also will find every piece of silicone type material and chew it up until it is unusable. We are expecting out first child in May, because of this we can no longer take care of her. Cali is very skittish, vocal, will cuddle when you're sleeping, follow you to the bathroom, and varies when she wants affection. Nail clipping is easy, brushing is not. She's a little dumb which makes her funny.
