Story
Poppy is a sweet cat, shes just shy. She needs a less busy home, where she can lay around in the sun. She loves her cat bed and cat tree. Poppy does like to play with little stuffed mice, and cat springs. Poppy likes to cuddle and be petted on her time, she is very soft and a pretty cat. Poppy mainly eats dry cat food, we have tried wet food as a treat but she is very picky on type/brand/etc.... so we steer away and just do dry food. We adopted Poppy from the Oregon Humane Society. She did good, but then we had our first child, which included a dog and another cat. I believe this started Poppy in the shy path. Poppy spooks easily if she doesnt see you coming, and recent personal medical conditions in the house have caused this to not be something we can have with the medical conditions we are dealing with. Poppy was spayed and neutered, she had her first set of shots when we got her, but none other since she has been a indoor cat with no medical issues. Poppy is chipped as well

Story
🔥 Meet Ash Bonfire! 🔥 This three-month-old all-black sweetheart is the biggest cuddler of the Bonfire litter! Ash might look like a mysterious shadow, but he’s actually a total lovebug who’ll melt right into your lap for a nap. When he’s not snoozing, Ash loves to wrestle (especially if you dare to rub his belly!) and can turn a simple cardboard box into his personal playground. He’s great with other cats and kids, fully litter box trained, and has a heart as warm as his name suggests. Ash Bonfire is ready to bring love, laughter, and cozy snuggles to his forever home — could that be yours? 🖤🔥 Application: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/68f7900d11631968d800deff Questions? Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through. We celebrated our 7 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 16,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.facebook.com/ThreeLittlePittiesRescueSavingKitties/ https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue/ *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $87 surcharge for transport. DISCLAIMER- Breed type is determined based on general appearance and behavioral characteristics, and cannot be guaranteed unless DNA test results were provided at intake.*

Story
Meet Bear, a handsome 4-year-old domestic shorthair with classic tabby charm and a gentle soul. Bear was adopted as a kitten from a breeder in Eugene, along with his sister Tootsie, and has been lovingly cared for ever since. He is fully up to date on his kitten vaccinations and received his 1-year booster around the time he was neutered. Bear has lived exclusively indoors and is healthy, well-adjusted, and accustomed to a safe home environment. Bear's personality is best described as easygoing and sweet. While he does enjoy short bursts of play, he's mostly a lounger who prefers cozy spots and sunny windows. He especially enjoys attention in the mornings and evenings, when he is happiest to receive pets and quiet companionship. Because Bear is sensitive to loud or sudden noises, he would do best in a calm, relaxed household. A quieter home will help him feel secure and allow his affectionate nature to shine.
